{"id":49585,"date":"2024-02-18T12:52:45","date_gmt":"2024-02-18T11:52:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=49585"},"modified":"2024-02-18T12:52:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-18T11:52:47","slug":"renforcement-des-capacites-de-stockage-cereales-vers-la-realisation-dun-mega-silo-au-port-dannaba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2024\/02\/18\/renforcement-des-capacites-de-stockage-cereales-vers-la-realisation-dun-mega-silo-au-port-dannaba\/","title":{"rendered":"Renforcement des capacit\u00e9s de stockage c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0: Vers la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un m\u00e9ga-silo au port d\u2019Annaba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sorti de la phase embryonnaire, le projet de r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un silo d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un million de tonnes pour le stockage c\u00e9r\u00e9alier au Port d\u2019Annaba est en discussion entre l\u2019OAIC et l\u2019Entreprise portuaire d\u2019Annaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenue, la semaine derni\u00e8re, pour discuter du projet de r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un silo de tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9, au sein de l\u2019enceinte portuaire \u00e0 Annaba. La r\u00e9union de travail a regroup\u00e9 outre, le directeur r\u00e9gional de l\u2019Office alg\u00e9rien interprofessionnel des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (OAIC), les directeurs de l\u2019Entreprise portuaire d\u2019Annaba, des services agricoles (DSA) de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, en plus des responsables de l\u2019antenne locale de la Coop\u00e9rative des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et des l\u00e9gumes secs (CCLS). Une fois r\u00e9alis\u00e9, ce m\u00e9ga-silo, devant \u00eatre implant\u00e9 dans le port commercial d\u2019Annaba, est appel\u00e9 assurer le stockage de pr\u00e8s d\u2019un million de quintaux de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Au-del\u00e0, ce projet est une solution pour faciliter le stockage sur place des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales import\u00e9es apr\u00e8s leur d\u00e9chargement des cargos de transport. Surtout que l\u2019\u00e9tablissement portuaire dispose des \u00e9quipements modernes de chargement\/d\u00e9chargement, des technologies de transport et de stockage pour la manipulation des produits alimentaires, dont les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Pour rappel, deux silos de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la wilaya d\u2019Annaba. Ils seront implant\u00e9s dans les communes d\u2019A\u00efn Berda et de Tr\u00e9at, avec une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019emmagasinement de 40.000 tonnes chacun. Les travaux de r\u00e9alisation des deux silos seront lanc\u00e9s, d\u00e8s l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des \u00e9tudes. En plus d\u2019un autre silo \u00e0 grains implant\u00e9 dans la zone industrielle de Berrahal. Ces trois silos viennent renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de stockage c\u00e9r\u00e9alier dans la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation du m\u00e9ga-silo du port. Celui-ci rel\u00e8ve d\u2019autres projets lanc\u00e9s dans certains ports du pays. On rappelle dans ce sens que les autorit\u00e9s locales de la wilaya de Jijel ont lanc\u00e9, en juillet dernier, le projet de construction de deux silos de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans la zone extra-portuaire de Djendjen. Le premier d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de stockage de 100.000 tonnes et le second de proximit\u00e9 d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 5.000 tonnes. Ces projets s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre du programme gouvernemental portant extension des capacit\u00e9s de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour la concr\u00e9tisation de la d\u00e9marche pr\u00f4n\u00e9e par les hautes autorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat, afin d\u2019atteindre l\u2019autosuffisance alimentaire. Les silos, une fois r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, seront raccord\u00e9s au chemin de fer pour le transport des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et leur acheminement aux wilayas de destination. Rappelons que ce programme pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9alisation de 350 centres de proximit\u00e9 de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale, d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 50.000 \u00e0 70.000 quintaux, de 36 silos de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 250.000 quintaux par unit\u00e9 de stockage, en sus de la relance de 16 silos, gel\u00e9s depuis 2016, portant la capacit\u00e9 nationale de stockage des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 9 millions de tonnes avant fin 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sofia
