La question palestinienne s\u2019est impos\u00e9e au 37e<\/sup> Sommet de l\u2019Union africaine ouvert hier \u00e0 Addis Abeba. A l\u2019ouverture des travaux, le pr\u00e9sident de la Commission de l’UA, Moussa Faki Mahamat, a soulign\u00e9 et rappel\u00e9 un fait clair pour tous :la bande de Ghaza est soumise \u00e0 un g\u00e9nocide et que le peuple palestinien est priv\u00e9 de tous ses droits.Dans son discours prononc\u00e9 \u00e0 l’ouverture des travaux de la 37e session ordinaire de la Conf\u00e9rence des chefs d\u2019Etat et de Gouvernement de l\u2019UA plac\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me: \u00ab\u00a0Eduquer une Afrique adapt\u00e9e au XXIe si\u00e8cle\u00a0\u00bb, Faki a condamn\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0les op\u00e9rations militaires agressives, sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans l’histoire de l’humanit\u00e9, commises par l’arm\u00e9e d’occupation sioniste, depuis le 7 octobre, contre les Palestiniens dans la bande de Ghaza\u00a0\u00bb. Le Pr\u00e9sident de la Commission de l’UA a soulign\u00e9 que la d\u00e9cision de la Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ), qui a ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 l’entit\u00e9 sioniste de garantir, en urgence, l’acheminement des aides humanitaires sans obstacles au profit des habitants de Ghaza, de sanctionner les responsables sionistes incitant \u00e0 des actes de g\u00e9nocide et de cesser de cibler des civils et des infrastructures de base, est \u00ab\u00a0une victoire pour tous les pays qui soutiennent la cause palestinienne\u00a0\u00bb. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Premier ministre palestinien, Muhammad Shtayyeh, a appel\u00e9 lors de son intervention lors des travaux du sommet, les chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement de l’Union africaine \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0rejeter\u00a0\u00bb l’entit\u00e9 sioniste au niveau international et \u00e0 lui imposer des sanctions en raison de ses violations du droit international, et pour la pousser \u00e0 mettre un terme \u00e0 son agression barbare contre la bande de Ghaza. Shtayyeh a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019Union africaine \u00ab\u00a0avait raison\u00a0\u00bb lorsqu\u2019elle a emp\u00each\u00e9 l’entit\u00e9 sioniste d\u2019\u00eatre un membre observateur au sein de l’organisation panafricaine. Dans ce contexte, le Premier ministre, repr\u00e9sentant du pr\u00e9sident de l’Etat de Palestine<\/strong>, Mahmoud Abbas \u00e0 ce sommet, a appel\u00e9 l’Union africaine \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lever la voix en exigeant que l’agression (sioniste) contre le peuple palestinien soit imm\u00e9diatement arr\u00eat\u00e9e, en particulier ce qui se passe actuellement \u00e0 Rafah\u00a0\u00bb, et que la colonisation dans les territoires palestiniens \u00ab\u00a0soit stopp\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb aussi. Il a ajout\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0la voix de l’Afrique et la voix de votre union soient fortes pour la libert\u00e9 de la Palestine<\/strong> et le droit de son peuple \u00e0 l’autod\u00e9termination et l’incarnation de l’Etat palestinien et sa reconnaissance en tant qu’Etat membre des Nations unies\u00a0\u00bb. Le Premier ministre palestinien a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 dans ce sens qu'\u00a0\u00bbaujourd’hui, le monde est tenu de reconna\u00eetre l’Etat de Palestine<\/strong>, un  Etat sur les fronti\u00e8res du 4 juin 1967″. Par ailleurs, il a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 placer l’ensemble des projets sionistes de colonisation \u00ab\u00a0sous sanctions internationales\u00a0\u00bb en boycottant les produits provenant des colonies, les institutions des colonies et les colons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
