Ce dernier ad\u2019ailleurs qualifi\u00e9 la structure h\u00f4teli\u00e8re d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;embl\u00e9matique&nbsp;\u00bb. \u00ab&nbsp;Elle vient renforcer le parc h\u00f4telier de la wilaya et promouvoir le secteur du tourisme en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le ministre. Une visite guid\u00e9e a permis ministre de d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019ex-h\u00f4tel Plazza apr\u00e8s les transformations qu\u2019il a subi, dont la cr\u00e9ation de plusieurs espaces, notamment une \u00e9norme salle de conf\u00e9rence et un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 exclusivement \u00e0 l\u2019exposition des produits artisanaux, dans le cadre d\u2019une large op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9habilitation et de modernisation qui suscit\u00e9 le satisfecit du ministre qui n\u2019a relev\u00e9 aucune r\u00e9serve. \u00ab&nbsp;La r\u00e9ouverture de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Seybouse vient marquer un nouveau tournant dans le d\u00e9veloppement du tourisme \u00e0 Annaba&nbsp;\u00bb, a estim\u00e9 le premier responsable du secteur du tourisme et de l\u2019artisanat. Dans le m\u00eame sillage Mokhtar Didouche a mis en avant l\u2019importance qu\u2019accorde les pouvoirs publics au d\u00e9veloppement et la promotion du tourisme dans le pays. Il a, \u00e9galement, mis l\u2019accent sur la pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine touristique qui couvre un ensemble de structures h\u00f4teli\u00e8res repr\u00e9sentant le noyau de l\u2019industrie touristique nationale. Par ailleurs, l\u2019inauguration de l\u2019h\u00f4tel a \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion pour le ministre du tourisme pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la remise symbolique de huit cartes \u00e9lectroniques d\u2019artisans, dans diff\u00e9rents domaines du secteur de l\u2019artisanat. Ainsi, avec cette inauguration tant attendue, l\u2019h\u00f4tel Seybouse est d\u00e9sormais op\u00e9rationnel et a d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 un plan de charge portant sur l\u2019accueil de deux s\u00e9minaires. Rappelons que l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement h\u00f4telier rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019entreprise de gestion touristique (EGT) d\u2019Annaba, l\u2019une des importantes filiales du groupe HTT. L\u2019h\u00f4tel dot\u00e9 de 250 chambres d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 500 lits, dont 35 suites et 3 restaurants et a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 \u00e9galement d\u2019un projet d\u2019agrandissement comprenant la construction d\u2019une piscine semi-olympique, d\u2019un centre de bien-\u00eatre avec hammam, sauna, piscine int\u00e9rieure, de 2 salles de conf\u00e9rences, de plusieurs salles de r\u00e9union et suites priv\u00e9es et caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria de 810 m2. L\u2019\u00e9tablissement commencera, d\u00e8s sa r\u00e9ouverture, \u00e0 recevoir les visiteurs et touristes. Il offrira de nombreuses prestations touristiques haut de gamme et offrira des conditions d\u2019h\u00e9bergement tr\u00e8s confortables. Ainsi, \u00e0 travers son programme de modernisation, l\u2019h\u00f4tel Seybouse ambitionne de conserver sa place parmi les leaders de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie haut de gamme de la r\u00e9gion.
