{"id":49817,"date":"2024-02-26T14:22:28","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T13:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=49817"},"modified":"2024-02-26T14:22:31","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T13:22:31","slug":"annaba-laxe-ras-el-hamra-oued-bakrat-receptionne-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2024\/02\/26\/annaba-laxe-ras-el-hamra-oued-bakrat-receptionne-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Annaba\u00a0: L\u2019axe Ras El Hamra-Oued Bakrat r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 en 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La route reliant la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Oued Bakrat \u00e0 S\u00e9raidi et Ras Al Hamra \u00e0 Annaba, distante de 6 km, devrait \u00eatre livr\u00e9e au cours du mois de d\u00e9cembre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, selon les autorit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que jouissant d\u2019une importance touristique du fait qu\u2019il est une extension de la corniche de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, le projet de la route reliant les deux bouts des communes de S\u00e9raidi et Annaba, ne sera pas op\u00e9rationnel cet \u00e9t\u00e9. En effet, ce projet n\u2019est pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre livr\u00e9, si l\u2019on se r\u00e9f\u00e8re au taux d\u2019avancement des travaux qui est de l\u2019ordre de \u00e0 45%, ce qui est encore tr\u00e8s loin des objectifs vis\u00e9s pour cet \u00e9t\u00e9. En tous cas c\u2019est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9, lors de la visite du ministre du Tourisme et de l\u2019Artisanat, Mokhtar Didouche, \u00e0 la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la r\u00e9ouverture de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Seybouse international. Apr\u00e8s avoir pris connaissance du projet, le ministre a ordonn\u00e9 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme des travaux et a donn\u00e9 un ultimatum pour la r\u00e9ception du projet \u00e0 la fin de d\u00e9cembre 2025, soit dans 18 mois. Rappelons que ce projet, qui aura co\u00fbt\u00e9 quelque 500 milliards de centimes, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2018 et devait \u00eatre livr\u00e9 au terme de 27 mois de travaux, avant d\u2019\u00eatre rattrap\u00e9 par le gel des projets qui avait d\u00e9coul\u00e9 de la crise \u00e9conomique qui a touch\u00e9 le pays durant la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. Scind\u00e9 en deux parties, le projet qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gel\u00e9, en est actuellement \u00e0 la finalisation de la premi\u00e8re tranche qui compte des ouvrages d\u2019art particuli\u00e8rement difficiles \u00e0 construire, tant les d\u00e9fis techniques sont nombreux et, pour la plupart, impr\u00e9visibles. Si ce projet est tant attendu, ce n\u2019est pas seulement par souci de d\u00e9sencombrement routier au niveau de la route de la S\u00e9raidi. Outre cet aspect, certes consid\u00e9rable, ce chemin communal qui s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 6 km est porteur de grandes promesses d\u2019emploi pour les petits entrepreneurs de la wilaya. Allant dans la continuit\u00e9 de la Corniche, il est cens\u00e9 abriter plusieurs projets touristiques et de divertissements \u00e0 l\u2019instar de l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un club de parapente, accessible \u00e0 tous et plusieurs espaces de d\u00e9tente pour les jeunes et moins jeunes.
