{"id":50622,"date":"2024-03-24T13:31:44","date_gmt":"2024-03-24T12:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=50622"},"modified":"2024-03-24T13:31:45","modified_gmt":"2024-03-24T12:31:45","slug":"finances-le-cpa-entre-officiellement-en-bourse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2024\/03\/24\/finances-le-cpa-entre-officiellement-en-bourse\/","title":{"rendered":"Finances\u00a0: Le CPA entre officiellement en Bourse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le titre CPA est introduit au compartiment principal du march\u00e9 de titres de capital par la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019offre \u00e0 prix fixe, a indiqu\u00e9 jeudi la Bourse d\u2019Alger qui annonce le d\u00e9but de la n\u00e9gociation des titres mardi 26 mars 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion de la bourse des valeurs d\u2019Alger a annonc\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la n\u00e9gociation des titres du Cr\u00e9dit populaire d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie sur la Bourse d\u2019Alger pour mardi signant ainsi l\u2019introduction officielle de la premi\u00e8re banque publique en Alg\u00e9rie en Bourse. La SGBVA a en effet publi\u00e9 jeudi une notice annon\u00e7ant l\u2019introduction officielle du CPA \u00e0 la bourse d\u2019Alger, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019offre publique de vente de 30% des actions de la banque soit 60 millions d\u2019actions. \u00ab&nbsp;Le titre CPA est introduit au compartiment principal du march\u00e9 de titres de capital par la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019offre \u00e0 prix fixe&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 la Bourse d\u2019Alger qui annonce le d\u00e9but de la n\u00e9gociation des titres mardi 26 mars 2024. Il est utile de noter dans ce contexte que l\u2019OPV lanc\u00e9e par le CPA a suscit\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019enthousiasme de la part des investisseurs particuliers. Dans ce contexte, la note de la SGBVA a mis en avant que les actions attribu\u00e9es aux investisseurs du segment A (particuliers) repr\u00e9sentent 68,21% pour un montant lev\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 77 milliards de dinars. Notons que la Bourse d\u2019Alger a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que l\u2019OPV du CPA lanc\u00e9e entre le 30 janvier dernier et le 14 mars en cours a permis d\u2019attribuer pr\u00e8s de 49 millions des actions sur les 60 millions propos\u00e9es ce qui a permis de lever plus de 112 milliards de dinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, le pr\u00e9sident de la Commission de surveillance des op\u00e9rations en bourse a indiqu\u00e9 mercredi dernier que que l\u2019OPV lanc\u00e9e par le CPA a permis aux investisseurs de souscrire \u00e0 80% des actions mises en vente, alors que les 20% restants seront propos\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 secondaire \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de la banque en bourse. Youcef Bouzenada a fait savoir que la premi\u00e8re phase de la mise en vente des actions du CPA qui s\u2019est achev\u00e9e le 14 mars a permis la souscription de pr\u00e8s de 80 % des actions propos\u00e9es, soit 112 milliards de dinrs, ce qui refl\u00e8te \u00ab la grande affluence ayant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les attentes \u00bb.
