{"id":51158,"date":"2024-04-14T12:17:18","date_gmt":"2024-04-14T11:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=51158"},"modified":"2024-04-14T12:17:19","modified_gmt":"2024-04-14T11:17:19","slug":"arenes-doran-un-plan-de-valorisation-mis-en-place","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2024\/04\/14\/arenes-doran-un-plan-de-valorisation-mis-en-place\/","title":{"rendered":"Ar\u00e8nes d\u2019Oran\u00a0: Un plan de valorisation mis en place"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le site des Ar\u00e8nes d\u2019Oran, inclus depuis d\u00e9cembre dernier dans la liste du patrimoine national, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de services et de prestations destin\u00e9es \u00e0 le valoriser et \u00e0 y assurer de l\u2019animation afin d\u2019attirer le maximum de touristes, a-t-on appris de l\u2019Etablissement public de la wilaya d\u2019Oran du Parc d\u2019attractions (EPWOPA) charg\u00e9 de la gestion de ce monument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration projet\u00e9e par les responsables de l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9voit, notamment, l\u2019installation d\u2019un \u00e9cran g\u00e9ant \u00e0 travers lequel seront diffus\u00e9es les donn\u00e9es historiques et techniques relatives \u00e0 ce site historique, qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre class\u00e9, (mois d\u00e9cembre dernier), par la Commission sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du minist\u00e8re de la Culture et des Arts, dans la liste du patrimoine nationale. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 vise \u00e0 fournir aux visiteurs l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es relatives au site et \u00e0 mettre en valeur la beaut\u00e9 architecturale de la b\u00e2tisse, a indiqu\u00e9 le directeur de l\u2019EPWOPA, Belabbes Abderrahmane. Le site sera, par ailleurs, dot\u00e9 de si\u00e8ges et d\u2019une m\u00e9diath\u00e8que, a fait savoir le m\u00eame responsable, pr\u00e9cisant que l\u2019entreprise \u00ab r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle organisation de spectacles de fantasia \u00bb, affirmant la disponibilit\u00e9 de son entreprise \u00e0 mobiliser tous les moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels pour la r\u00e9ussite de cette initiative, \u00ab \u00e0 condition, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9, que des sp\u00e9cialistes s\u2019impliquent dans l\u2019animation de cette structure \u00bb. La m\u00eame source a, d\u2019autre part, fait savoir que l\u2019EPWOPA a soumis \u00e0 la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya d\u2019Oran une proposition relative \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de manifestations sportives d\u2019envergure nationale et africaine, notamment de judo et de boxe, \u00ab \u00e0 condition que les gradins ne soient pas utilis\u00e9es \u00bb, a-t-elle pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Elle a ajout\u00e9, dans ce contexte, que les instances concern\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement sollicit\u00e9es pour l\u2019exploitation de ce site, qui accueille, chaque mois, une moyenne de 20.000 \u00e0 30.000 visiteurs nationaux et \u00e9trangers. Appel\u00e9e par les Oranais \u00ab Torro \u00bb, les Ar\u00e8nes d\u2019Oran disposent d\u2019ateliers anim\u00e9s par des artistes-peintres connus sur la sc\u00e8ne culturelle oranaise et par des artisans sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans l\u2019artisanat d\u2019art. Les Ar\u00e8nes d\u2019Oran ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites en 1908 et inaugur\u00e9 en 1910. Sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil initiale \u00e9tait de 4.000 places, avant d\u2019\u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 10.000. Elles ont re\u00e7u des matadors c\u00e9l\u00e8bres comme El Cordobes, Ordinez Pepe, Miguel Mat\u00e9o, Jos\u00e9 Garcia Lupion, les 3 fr\u00e8res Chicueleb. En raison de leur acoustique de qualit\u00e9 elles ne furent pas utilis\u00e9es que pour la tauromachie, mais \u00e9galement pour des tournois de football, des combats de boxe et de catch.
