L\u2019op\u00e9ration a d\u00e9but\u00e9 das le nouveau p\u00f4le urbain d\u2019El Kalitoussa, dans la da\u00efra de Berrahal. Une \u00e9quipe de la Commission de surveillance de la qualit\u00e9 des travaux s\u2019est rendue, hier sur le chantier du projet des 100\/68, pour contr\u00f4ler et v\u00e9rifier la qualit\u00e9 des travaux de logements publics locatifs \u00e0 El Kalitoussa. Des repr\u00e9sentants des secteurs respectifs de l\u2019urbanisme et de la construction ont accompagn\u00e9 les membres de la commission du contr\u00f4le. L\u2019objectif de cette visite est la v\u00e9rification de la qualit\u00e9 des travaux, leur conformit\u00e9 aux normes de r\u00e9alisation urbanistiques et les sp\u00e9cifications requises, conform\u00e9ment aux directives du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Habitat, de l\u2019Urbanisme et de la Ville, ainsi que du wali. Au titre de cette &nbsp;inspection, des recommandations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise charg\u00e9e du projet afin de rem\u00e9dier aux r\u00e9serves et aux non-conformit\u00e9s relev\u00e9es dans les d\u00e9lais les plus brefs. Ces recommandations visent \u00e0 garantir la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des logements publics locatifs qui seront mis \u00e0 la disposition des citoyens. Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des efforts continus d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s pour assurer la qualit\u00e9 des habitations. Une d\u00e9marche&nbsp; dont l&rsquo;objectif vise \u00e0 assurer le bien-\u00eatre et le confort des citoyens. Il est \u00e0 noter dans ce sens que le parc immobilier de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, notamment les unit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement visible \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu. Un fait retenu \u00e0 l\u2019actif du manque de suivi, occasionnant la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des logements, en raison des malfa\u00e7ons, devenues la singularit\u00e9 des unit\u00e9s de logements dans la wilaya d\u2019Annaba. Ce contr\u00f4le auquel ne sont pas habitu\u00e9es les entreprises charg\u00e9es de la r\u00e9alisation de milliers de logements, va certainement permettre&nbsp; au parc immobilier de la wilaya de conna\u00eetre un&nbsp; rebond de qualit\u00e9 et rectifier le manque de synergie et &nbsp;d\u2019harmonie dans l\u2019aspect urbanistique de la wilaya. Il faut souligner que cette&nbsp;op\u00e9ration de&nbsp;contr\u00f4le&nbsp;de la qualit\u00e9 des travaux, premi\u00e8re du genre, va toucher l&rsquo;ensemble des chantiers de r\u00e9alisation de logements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S<\/strong><strong>.
