M&rsquo;barek Dja\u00e2fri, a indiqu\u00e9 que la biblioth\u00e8que de Moulay Al-Abbas Al-Ragani situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Ksar \u00ab\u00a0Beni Azel\u00a0\u00bb, (commune de Bouda) dispose de plus de 1.963 manuscrits relatifs, entre autres, \u00e0 la science, l\u2019art, en plus des lettres et des actes anciens.L&rsquo;incident, dont les causes sont encore inconnues, a suscit\u00e9 le ressentiment des hommes de la culture qui s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent au patrimoine de la r\u00e9gion.
