Sign\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence de Rachid Hachichi, P-dg du groupe, ce protocole d&rsquo;accord a pour objet de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9finir le cadre de coop\u00e9ration entre les deux parties dans la perspective de conclure un ou plusieurs contrat(s) d&rsquo;hydrocarbures sur cette zone d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, sous l&rsquo;\u00e9gide de la loi n 19-13 r\u00e9gissant les activit\u00e9s
