Un projet qui vient s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 ceux de Stellantis pour les v\u00e9hicules Fiat et Opel, JAC, Chery et Geely, alors que l\u2019usine KIA de Batna devrait reprendre la production apr\u00e8s 5 ans de fermeture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que l\u2019usine de l\u2019Italien Fiat d\u2019Oran est entr\u00e9e en production au mois de d\u00e9cembre dernier, quatre constructeurs automobiles chinois ont annonc\u00e9 des projets d\u2019usines en Alg\u00e9rie. Apr\u00e8s Chery et JAC, c\u2019\u00e9tait au tour de Jetour d\u2019annoncer le lancement de la production de ses v\u00e9hicules en Alg\u00e9rie d\u00e8s la fin de 2025. En effet, Anis Benhamadi, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Sarl Revolva, repr\u00e9sentant officiel de Jetour en Alg\u00e9rie a annonc\u00e9 samedi soir lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du lancement de la marque qu\u2019une usine de fabrication de v\u00e9hicules de la marque chinoise Jetour devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans la wilaya de Bordj Bou Arreridj et sa premi\u00e8re voiture sortira des lignes de production en d\u00e9cembre 2025. Et de souligner que cette usine sera \u00ab\u00a0une des plus grandes dans la r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb. Un projet qui devrait permettre au constructeur chinois de contribuer au \u00ab\u00a0renforcement de la position de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie dans l\u2019industrie automobile r\u00e9gionale et d\u2019en faire une base strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019exportation de v\u00e9hicules fabriqu\u00e9s localement vers d\u2019autres march\u00e9s africains\u00a0\u00bb a encore pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 l\u2019intervenant. Celui-ci a d\u2019ailleurs salu\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019appui continu\u00a0\u00bb des autorit\u00e9s publiques et leur encouragement aux investisseurs pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re industrie automobile en Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 travers les facilit\u00e9s et avantages accord\u00e9s aux op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;investissement. Il a dans la foul\u00e9e affirm\u00e9 l&rsquo;engagement de la marque automobile \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 respecter le nouveau cahier des charges en vigueur et \u00e0 offrir des produits de haute qualit\u00e9 aux consommateurs alg\u00e9riens\u00a0\u00bb. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Jetour International, Jack Chen, s\u2019est f\u00e9licit\u00e9 du pas franchi par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u2019il repr\u00e9sente, souhaitant que Jetour \u00ab\u00a0se d\u00e9veloppera rapidement en Alg\u00e9rie\u00a0\u00bb. Soulignant, par la m\u00eame, les relations historiques entre la Chine et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et l\u2019excellence des liens bilat\u00e9raux notamment sur le plan \u00e9conomique, M. Chen a assur\u00e9 que \u00a0\u00bbla r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019usine Jetour Algeria am\u00e8nera le constructeur automobile \u00e0 un autre niveau d\u2019engagement sur le march\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien\u00a0\u00bb. Le r\u00e9seau de concessionnaires de la marque Jetour a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 avec 4 concessions dans les villes d\u2019Alger, Annaba, Oran et S\u00e9tif, comme premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, avec l&rsquo;objectif d\u2019atteindre, d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours, 28 concessions \u00e0 travers le territoire national, assurant des services de vente de v\u00e9hicules et pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es ainsi que la maintenance. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de lancement de Jetour a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence de l&rsquo;ambassadeur de la Chine en Alg\u00e9rie, M. Li Jian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que Jetour est le quatri\u00e8me constructeur chinois \u00e0 annoncer un projet d\u2019usine en Alg\u00e9rie. Au mois de septembre dernier, JAC a annonc\u00e9 avec son partenaire Emin Auto la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une usine qui sera implant\u00e9e dans la wilaya d\u2019A\u00efn T\u00e9mouchent, et produira des v\u00e9hicules touristiques et utilitaires avec un taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration de 30% et une capacit\u00e9 de production de 100.000 v\u00e9hicules par an dont 40% de la production seront destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exportation. Auto Leader Company (ALC), le partenaire alg\u00e9rien de Chery, a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 un projet d\u2019usine \u00e0 Bordj Bou Arreridj pour un investissement de 110 millions de dollars. &nbsp;l\u2019usine en construction \u00e0 Bordj Bou Arreridj devrait commencer la production en octobre prochain, avec un taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration de 30 % dans une premi\u00e8re phase. L\u2019usine a une capacit\u00e9 de production de 24 000 v\u00e9hicules par an, et ce chiffre devrait augmenter \u00e0 100 000 unit\u00e9s dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9 Geely pr\u00e9voit d\u2019investir 200 millions de dollars dans une usine d\u2019assemblage de v\u00e9hicules en Alg\u00e9rie. &nbsp;L\u2019usine aura une capacit\u00e9 de production de 50 000 v\u00e9hicules par an. Et le premier v\u00e9hicule en sortira en 2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut dire que l\u2019approche des pouvoirs publics concernant la r\u00e9ouverture du march\u00e9 au v\u00e9hicules neufs import\u00e9s adoss\u00e9e \u00e0 un projet industriel qui doit stimuler la production locale de v\u00e9hicule et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un tissu de sous-traitance locale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un processus qui impose des taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration nationale progressif a permis de lancer la fili\u00e8re de la construction automobile. A titre d\u2019exemple, l\u2019usine Fiat de Stellantis qui a entam\u00e9 la production au mois de d\u00e9cembre dernier et qui pourrait aussi fabriquer les v\u00e9hicules Opel, autre marque du groupe, s\u2019appuie sur un projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de sous-traitance autour de son unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelons enfin que le gouvernement vient d\u2019introduire de nouvelles dispositions concernant les r\u00e8gles r\u00e9gissant l\u2019activit\u00e9 de constructeur automobile. Des modifications qui clarifient les dispositions relatives aux joint-ventures dans le secteur, ainsi que les conditions relatives aux taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e0 atteindre. Les.
