Une op\u00e9ration devant s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur une semaine. Les services de la SEACO vont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019aide des directions de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rienne des eaux de &nbsp;12 wilayas pour la r\u00e9paration des fuites d\u2019eau \u00e0 travers l\u2019ensemble de la wilaya. Or, c\u2019est \u00e0 se demander si la mobilisation des \u00e9quipes de 12 wilayas est en mesure de venir \u00e0 bout du probl\u00e8me des fuites d\u2019eau \u00e0 Constantine, devenu une vraie fatalit\u00e9. En effet, dans tous les quartiers, ou presque, les fuites font des ravages sur les r\u00e9seaux AEP. Aucune partie n\u2019est \u00e9pargn\u00e9e par ce probl\u00e8me qui semble s\u2019installer dans la dur\u00e9e. Cons\u00e9quence \u00e9vidente et logique d\u2019une telle situation, le r\u00e9seau routier, d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans un piteux \u00e9tat, s\u2019est remarquablement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9. Toutefois, il faut reconna\u00eetre aussi, que les actuels responsables du secteur ont h\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u2019un lourd fardeau. Mais cela n\u2019a pas d\u00e9courag\u00e9 les responsables du secteur pour relever le d\u00e9fi, \u00e0 savoir la r\u00e9habilitation du r\u00e9seau de la ville et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019AEP. C\u2019est pourquoi, cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs jours d\u00e9j\u00e0 que toutes les \u00e9quipes de l\u2019ADE sont dispers\u00e9es sur plusieurs sites afin de redresser la situation en termes de d\u00e9perdition du pr\u00e9cieux liquide, dont le taux serait estim\u00e9 \u00e0 15 %, voire plus.
