Boom des investissements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques initi\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune portent leurs fruits, comme en t\u00e9moignent les chiffres impressionnants annonc\u00e9s par l’Agence alg\u00e9rienne de promotion de l’investissement (AAPI). Avec plus de 8.400 projets enregistr\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 la fin juillet 2024, repr\u00e9sentant un investissement total de 3.840 milliards de dinars, l’Alg\u00e9rie conna\u00eet un v\u00e9ritable boom des investissements. Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de L’Agence alg\u00e9rienne de promotion de l’investissement (AAPI) a mis en avant ce bilan positif lors d’un s\u00e9minaire r\u00e9gional sur l’investissement, en pr\u00e9sence des walis de Sa\u00efda, Tiaret, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mascara, N\u00e2ama, El Bayadh et des investisseurs et porteurs de projets de ces wilayas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’attractivit\u00e9 croissante de l’Alg\u00e9rie aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs \u00e9trangers est particuli\u00e8rement encourageante. Cette dynamique positive refl\u00e8te l’efficacit\u00e9 des mesures prises pour am\u00e9liorer le climat des affaires et attirer les capitaux, tant nationaux qu’\u00e9trangers. Les r\u00e9formes engag\u00e9es ont permis de simplifier les proc\u00e9dures administratives, de moderniser le cadre juridique et de renforcer les garanties offertes aux investisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec 154 projets impliquant des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9trangers, dont 55 investissements directs \u00e9trangers (IDE), selon le bilan de l’AAPI,  le pays s’affirme comme une destination de choix pour les capitaux internationaux. Ces partenariats apportent non seulement des fonds, mais aussi un transfert de technologies et de savoir-faire, essentiels pour la modernisation de l’\u00e9conomie alg\u00e9rienne. Rekkache a soulign\u00e9 que ces investissements, que l’Agence \u0153uvre \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser, \u00ab\u00a0seront une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tangible, qui contribuera \u00e0 atteindre les grands objectifs \u00e9conomiques fix\u00e9s par les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s du pays, afin d’atteindre les taux de croissance \u00e9conomique les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. Il a soulign\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0l’Agence alg\u00e9rienne de promotion de l’investissement est pr\u00eate \u00e0 accompagner tous les investisseurs en leur fournissant toutes les conditions n\u00e9cessaires pour leur permettre de r\u00e9aliser leurs projets\u00a0\u00bb.  L’impact sur l’emploi est significatif, avec la cr\u00e9ation pr\u00e9vue de 210.000 postes directs, souligne encore Rekkache. Cette augmentation des opportunit\u00e9s d’emploi contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le ch\u00f4mage et \u00e0 stimuler la croissance \u00e9conomique du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La diversification \u00e9conomique, objectif majeur du gouvernement, se concr\u00e9tise \u00e0 travers ces investissements. Les projets couvrent un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs, allant de l’industrie \u00e0 l’agriculture en passant par les services et les nouvelles technologies. Cette approche multisectorielle permet de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance de l’Alg\u00e9rie aux hydrocarbures et de construire une \u00e9conomie plus r\u00e9siliente et comp\u00e9titive. Rekkache a aussi indiqu\u00e9 que la mise en place de la plateforme num\u00e9rique de l’AAPI en f\u00e9vrier 2024 a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le crucial dans cette dynamique. En centralisant et en simplifiant les proc\u00e9dures d’octroi du foncier industriel, elle a consid\u00e9rablement facilit\u00e9 le parcours des investisseurs. Dans ce contexte, il a indiqu\u00e9 que 508 assiettes fonci\u00e8res destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l’investissement au niveau de 43 wilayas du pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 travers cette plateforme, soulignant que 332 d\u00e9cisions temporaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es, dont 108 sont devenues des d\u00e9cisions finales, apr\u00e8s l’ach\u00e8vement de l’op\u00e9ration d’inscription. Le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional n’est pas en reste, comme l’illustre le s\u00e9minaire organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Sa\u00efda. En mettant en lumi\u00e8re les potentialit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes wilayas, les autorit\u00e9s encouragent une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des investissements sur l’ensemble du territoire national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9formes du pr\u00e9sident Tebboune ont \u00e9galement permis de renforcer la transparence et la bonne gouvernance dans le domaine de l’investissement. La lutte contre la bureaucratie et la corruption, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la digitalisation des proc\u00e9dures, a grandement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la confiance des investisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
