Cette avanc\u00e9e significative concerne un antibiotique g\u00e9n\u00e9rique, l&rsquo;Amoxicilline, produit par le groupe pharmaceutique public Saidal. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de pr\u00e9sentation s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sous la pr\u00e9sidence du ministre de l&rsquo;Industrie et de la Production pharmaceutique, Ali Aoun, en pr\u00e9sence de nombreux acteurs cl\u00e9s du secteur, dont Wassim Kouidri, PDG du Groupe Saidal, et Mourad Touati, directeur du centre. Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude marque un tournant d\u00e9cisif dans le processus d&rsquo;homologation des m\u00e9dicaments en Alg\u00e9rie. Elle repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape cruciale pour l&rsquo;enregistrement des m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;Agence nationale des produits pharmaceutiques (ANPP), qui exige d\u00e9sormais ce type d&rsquo;\u00e9tude comme pr\u00e9requis \u00e0 toute commercialisation sur le territoire national. Le ministre Ali Aoun n&rsquo;a pas cach\u00e9 sa satisfaction face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alisation, soulignant qu&rsquo;elle t\u00e9moigne de l&rsquo;expertise des cadres et jeunes scientifiques alg\u00e9riens. Il a particuli\u00e8rement insist\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;importance de ce centre pour la protection des patients, en garantissant l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalence th\u00e9rapeutique entre les m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques et leurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rences. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, men\u00e9e en octobre, a impliqu\u00e9 une trentaine de volontaires suivis pendant trois jours au sein de la clinique du centre. Selon le directeur Mourad Touati, les r\u00e9sultats se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0satisfaisants et concluants\u00a0\u00bb quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament test\u00e9. Face \u00e0 une demande croissante, avec plus de 130 dossiers de demande d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de bio\u00e9quivalence d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ANPP, le ministre a fix\u00e9 un objectif ambitieux de r\u00e9alisation de 10 \u00e9tudes mensuelles. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, le minist\u00e8re a r\u00e9cemment accord\u00e9 un agr\u00e9ment pour l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me centre, tandis qu&rsquo;une troisi\u00e8me demande d&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation est actuellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Le centre Equival Biocenter, inaugur\u00e9 il y a un an, dispose d&rsquo;installations modernes et d&rsquo;infrastructures de pointe, incluant une unit\u00e9 clinique performante. Cette infrastructure garantit des r\u00e9sultats conformes aux standards internationaux et ouvre de nouvelles perspectives pour l&rsquo;industrie pharmaceutique nationale. Cette avanc\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente un double enjeu strat\u00e9gique : d&rsquo;une part, elle renforce la capacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 garantir la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques sur son march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur ; d&rsquo;autre part, comme l&rsquo;a soulign\u00e9 M.
