Cette enveloppe consid\u00e9rable t\u00e9moigne, selon lui, de l&rsquo;importance accord\u00e9e par les hautes autorit\u00e9s du pays \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du cadre de vie des citoyens. La r\u00e9partition de ces fonds comprend notamment 188 milliards de DA pour le programme de raccordement \u00e0 distance des stations de dessalement de l&rsquo;eau de mer, 70 milliards de DA pour la construction de puits, et 34,83 milliards de DA pour la r\u00e9habilitation et le d\u00e9veloppement des stations d&rsquo;\u00e9puration des eaux us\u00e9es. Ce dernier programme constitue la premi\u00e8re phase d&rsquo;un projet plus vaste estim\u00e9 \u00e0 155 milliards de DA. Les r\u00e9alisations concr\u00e8tes incluent le raccordement \u00e0 distance de huit grandes stations de dessalement d&rsquo;eau de mer aux r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;approvisionnement, ainsi que huit grands projets de transfert, comprenant des interconnexions entre barrages dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Le ministre a particuli\u00e8rement mis en avant l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du projet de transfert des eaux du champ de Guetranidans la wilaya de B\u00e9char, dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de production journali\u00e8re de 80 000 m\u00e8tres cubes. Face au stress hydrique et \u00e0 la baisse du niveau des barrages, plus de 1200 puits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 creus\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;approvisionnement en eau potable, pr\u00e9cise-t-il. Le secteur a \u00e9galement r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 19 nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de purification, r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 11 stations existantes et r\u00e9nov\u00e9 1103 km de r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;assainissement. Six nouveaux barrages d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 totale de 642 millions de m\u00e8tres cubes sont en cours d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement. Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis, la production d&rsquo;eau se maintient au-dessus des 3 milliards de m\u00e8tres cubes annuels, r\u00e9partis entre l&rsquo;eau souterraine (55%), l&rsquo;eau de surface (25%) et l&rsquo;eau dessal\u00e9e (20%). Ces investissements massifs, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des entreprises nationales, ont permis selon le ministre de surmonter certaines difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;approvisionnement, notamment dans les r\u00e9gions les plus touch\u00e9es par la s\u00e9cheresse.
