Tebboune met les bouch\u00e9es doubles. Depuis son retour d\u2019Allemagne, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique h\u00e2te le pas et bouscule les choses. Le nouveau gouvernement Djerad remani\u00e9 est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la rescousse. Le chef de l\u2019Etat compte ainsi rattraper le retard accus\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie du coronavirus et de sa maladie qui aura dur\u00e9 un peu plus de deux mois. Au pas de charge, il entame chantier sur chantier et relance le train des r\u00e9formes promis lors de sa campagne \u00e9lectorale pour la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2019 et r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 lors de son discours d\u2019investiture \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la magistrature supr\u00eame. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9vision de la Constitution, la dissolution de l\u2019APN longtemps demand\u00e9e par les alg\u00e9riens et notamment le Hirak, l\u2019annonce d\u2019\u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives anticip\u00e9es et le remaniement minist\u00e9riel, Tebboune s\u2019attelle \u00e0 relancer l\u2019appareil \u00e9conomique et entamer le premier tournant de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de son mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel.  Tebboune qui r\u00e9alise que le front social demeure \u00ab son \u00bb point faible  compte tenu du d\u00e9ficit accus\u00e9 durant les deux d\u00e9cennies pass\u00e9es, ce qui  n\u00e9cessite obligatoirement l\u2019engagement d\u2019un plus grand chantier de sa mission \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays s\u2019engage \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 65e<\/sup>  anniversaire de la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019UGTA dans une lettre lue, hier, en son nom par le premier ministre Abdelaziz Djerad en visite \u00e0 Hassi R\u2019mel de consolider le front social, d\u2019abord en appelant les cols bleus \u00e0 plus d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et au renforcement de la classe ouvri\u00e8re impact\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie et qu\u2019il s\u2019engage \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger. Abdelmadjid Tebboune qui ne semble pas aspirer \u00e0 briguer un second mandat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique et compte d\u2019ailleurs mettre le train sur rail et se retirer de la vie politique, est conscient que cette consolidation passerait forcement par la construction d\u2019une Alg\u00e9rie nouvelle. Une Alg\u00e9rie r\u00e9publicaine qu\u2019il va falloir instaurer en d\u00e9pit des r\u00e9sistances, r\u00e9it\u00e8re solennellement son engagement en lan\u00e7ant ce \u00ab  Je r\u00e9p\u00e8te ce que je vous ai dit l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 cette occasion, en renouvelant mon engagement avec vous de me d\u00e9p\u00eacher de construire une nouvelle R\u00e9publique forte, sans corruption ni haine. \u00bb Clair dans sa d\u00e9marche, Tebboune compte mettre les jalons de cette nouvelle R\u00e9publique. D\u2019abord en \u00e9tant d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 poursuivre ses engagements pris devant les Alg\u00e9riens et sa volont\u00e9 de construire \u00ab une nouvelle R\u00e9publique forte, sans corruption ni haine \u00bb. Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique affiche aussi sa volont\u00e9 \u00e0 lutter contre la gabegie et poursuivre les responsables impliqu\u00e9s dans des affaires de corruption. En s\u2019attaquant \u00e0 l\u2019impunit\u00e9 qui a tant fait fuir les citoyens et les pousser \u00e0  tourner le dos aux pouvoirs publics dont ils n\u2019ont plus confiance, Tebboune compte ainsi r\u00e9tablir la confiance perdue. Il compte surtout moraliser la vie politique et l\u2019assainir. Sa lutte f\u00e9roce contre la bureaucratie, l\u2019informel et les passes droits aura besoin cependant de socle populaire que le Pr\u00e9sident compte instaurer via des \u00e9lections transparentes et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es de l\u2019influence de l\u2019argent et des lobbys. La crise qui risque de pointer du nez susceptible de provenir au niveau du front social mis \u00e0 dessein en \u00e9bullition et \u00ab encourag\u00e9 \u00bb par certaines parties hostiles au changement demeure le principal chantier auquel doit s\u2019attaquer imminement le chef de l\u2019Etat passerait, lui, par des m\u00e9canismes \u00e9conomiques et une solidarit\u00e9 nationale. Economiquement, Tebboune promet, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du cinquanti\u00e8me anniversaire de la nationalisation des hydrocarbures que \u00ab (\u2026) Nos enjeux majeurs aujourd’hui sont d’\u00e9largir et de d\u00e9velopper la recherche et l’exploration, de respecter les engagements vis-\u00e0-vis des march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers et d’accompagner les \u00e9volutions dans le sens de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour renforcer notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans ce domaine \u00bb. Tebboune reste \u00ab (\u2026) convaincu que les perspectives sont prometteuses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’\u00e9quilibre d’expertise et d’exp\u00e9rience et au recrutement des cadres du secteur pour traduire la strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 renouveler nos r\u00e9serves p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res, et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des projets industriels transformationnels \u00bb. Il promet d\u2019augmenter \u00ab les investissements dans des secteurs vitaux tels que l’agriculture et le tourisme pour sortir efficacement d’une d\u00e9pendance de longue date \u00e0 la rente p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re \u00bb. Un double virage en comptant celui du passage par la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique qui ouvrira probablement des horizons nouveaux et lib\u00e9rera les comp\u00e9tences et laissera surgir le potentiel  en termes de ressources humaines et d\u2019intelligentsia. Tebboune marque d\u2019ailleurs son assurance en un avenir radieux d\u00e9clarant que \u00abcette volont\u00e9 nationale triomphera et notre fier peuple r\u00e9alisera ce qu’il recherche \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
