Car, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me intelligent pour les feux tricolores. Un projet tr\u00e8s attendu par les citoyens, notamment les automobilistes. En effet, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union avec un bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes et autres responsables qui ont discut\u00e9 du projet, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inspection des rues concern\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9tude. Cette derni\u00e8re vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les capacit\u00e9s techniques pour r\u00e9aliser le projet. Cette \u00e9tude d\u2019ad\u00e9quation a port\u00e9 \u00e9galement sur l\u2019identification des points o\u00f9 seront implant\u00e9s les feux tricolores intelligents, qui contribueront \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la circulation dans les quartiers cibl\u00e9s par le projet. En terme de gestion moderne, le recours aux feux tricolores pour r\u00e9guler le trafic routier via un syst\u00e8me intelligent, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de \u2018\u2019la ville intelligente\u2019\u2019, o\u00f9 il sera d\u00e9sormais possible de ne plus recourir aux agents de police pour r\u00e9guler la circulation, notamment durant les heures de pointe. En plus des 12 carrefours (intersections) en cours d\u2019\u00e9quipement en feux tricolores, une vingtaine d\u2019axes routiers le seront tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t. \u00c0 noter que l\u2019installation des fixations pour le passage des c\u00e2bles des feux tricolores dans plus de 12 intersections de la ville, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e populaire communale(APC) d\u2019Annaba. Celle-ci a allou\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet une enveloppe financi\u00e8re de pr\u00e8s de 13 milliards de centimes. En attendant la mise en service des feux tricolores intelligents, il est imp\u00e9ratif de signaler que plus de 130 000 v\u00e9hicules traversent toute la ville d\u2019Annaba au quotidien. \u00c0 ceux-l\u00e0, s\u2019ajoutent plus de 70&nbsp;000 en provenance des wilayas voisines, dont entre autres El Tarf, Guelma et Skikda. \u00c0 noter que ce chiffre est multipli\u00e9 par deux, en p\u00e9riode estivale. Soulignons que la wilaya d\u2019Annaba ne dispose que de deux entr\u00e9es principales pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la ville. La RN 44 et la RN 16.
