Au sein du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) d\u2019Annaba, une \u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec brio une intervention chirurgicale d\u2019une grande pr\u00e9cision. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a utilis\u00e9 la technique de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019ost\u00e9otomie de Salter\u00a0\u00bb sur une fillette \u00e2g\u00e9e de trois ans, originaire de la wilaya de Souk-Ahras. L\u2019enfant souffrait d\u2019une Luxation Cong\u00e9nitale de la Hanche (LCH), une malformation cong\u00e9nitale affectant la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019articulation de la hanche. Cette intervention, de nature complexe et d\u00e9licate, fait appel \u00e0 des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences chirurgicales de pointe. L\u2019ost\u00e9otomie de Salter est une technique r\u00e9volutionnaire qui permet de r\u00e9tablir la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019articulation de la hanche chez les enfants atteints de cette malformation. Elle favorise ainsi la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se mouvoir normalement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise technique de l\u2019\u00e9quipe chirurgicale et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des \u00e9quipements les plus sophistiqu\u00e9s dont est \u00e9quip\u00e9 le CHU d\u2019Annaba, cette intervention chirurgicale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec un grand succ\u00e8s. Elle redonne ainsi \u00e0 la petite patiente l\u2019espoir d\u2019un r\u00e9tablissement vivement souhait\u00e9. Le succ\u00e8s de cette intervention m\u00e9dicale a valu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale et param\u00e9dicale du service de chirurgie orthop\u00e9dique toute la consid\u00e9ration et la reconnaissance de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du CHU d\u2019Annaba. Celle-ci a salu\u00e9 le d\u00e9vouement et le travail acharn\u00e9 de cette \u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale qui a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser ce r\u00e9sultat exceptionnel. La direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du centre hospitalo-universitaire d\u2019Ibn Rochd d\u2019Annaba a \u00e9galement r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 soutenir continuellement ses \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales et \u00e0 fournir les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019autres prouesses chirurgicales et m\u00e9dicales.
