{"id":64915,"date":"2025-03-27T12:37:14","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T11:37:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=64915"},"modified":"2025-03-29T12:40:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T11:40:32","slug":"controle-des-marches-durant-le-ramadhan-un-bilan-significatif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2025\/03\/27\/controle-des-marches-durant-le-ramadhan-un-bilan-significatif\/","title":{"rendered":"Contr\u00f4le des march\u00e9s durant le Ramadhan: Un bilan significatif"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re du Commerce int\u00e9rieur et de la R\u00e9gulation du march\u00e9 national a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 un bilan significatif de ses activit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le durant les 24 premiers jours du mois de Ramadhan, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant une mobilisation sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 et la transparence commerciale. Au total, les services de contr\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et de r\u00e9pression des fraudes ont men\u00e9 252.332 interventions sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire national, d\u00e9montrant un engagement ferme contre les pratiques commerciales irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Ces interventions se sont r\u00e9parties principalement dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail et les services (86%), mais \u00e9galement dans le commerce de gros (7%), la production (6%) et l&rsquo;importation (1%). Le bilan fait \u00e9tat de 34.529 infractions constat\u00e9es, ayant conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement de 33.680 proc\u00e8s-verbaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des poursuites judiciaires. Parmi ces actions, 1.037 commerces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la fermeture, soulignant la d\u00e9termination des autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 assainir le secteur commercial. Les r\u00e9sultats sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9loquents en mati\u00e8re de saisies : 64.744,51 tonnes et 946.853 litres de produits alimentaires non conformes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 intercept\u00e9s, repr\u00e9sentant une valeur de 188,32 millions de dinars alg\u00e9riens. Le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9pression des fraudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de cette campagne, avec 112.606 interventions ayant permis de constater 13.549 infractions. Les principales infractions relev\u00e9es concernent le non-respect des obligations d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne (57%), la d\u00e9tention et la vente de produits impropres \u00e0 la consommation (12%), et le non-respect des obligations de contr\u00f4le interne (12%). La lutte contre la sp\u00e9culation illicite n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en reste, avec 35.222 interventions ayant permis de saisir 912,29 tonnes et 290,50 litres de produits divers, pour une valeur totale de 14,27 milliards de dinars. Un volet particulier a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 au contr\u00f4le des produits subventionn\u00e9s et r\u00e9glement\u00e9s, avec 130.141 interventions durant la premi\u00e8re quinzaine du Ramadhan. Ces op\u00e9rations ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 2.138 infractions, mettant en lumi\u00e8re des profits illicites s&rsquo;\u00e9levant \u00e0 2.067.415 dinars et des montants non factur\u00e9s de 45.987.493 dinars.
