Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un emprunt obligataire destin\u00e9 exclusivement aux investisseurs professionnels, d&rsquo;une maturit\u00e9 de 5 ans avec un coupon annuel fixe de 5,65%, et qui servira exclusivement au refinancement des op\u00e9rations de cr\u00e9dit-bail, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la Cosob. L&rsquo;op\u00e9ration porte sur 300.000 obligations ordinaires d&rsquo;une valeur nominale de 10.000 DA par obligation, a fait savoir la Commission, en mentionnant que ces obligations seront cot\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 des investisseurs professionnels de la Bourse des valeurs mobili\u00e8res. Le produit de l&rsquo;\u00e9mission permettra \u00e0 l&rsquo;ALC de \u00ab\u00a0poursuivre la diversification de ses sources de financement et de continuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation de la maturit\u00e9 de ses ressources avec celle de ses emplois\u00a0\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 la Cosob.
