C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une d\u00e9claration du tribunal bas\u00e9 \u00e0 La Haye, aux Pays-Bas (Europe). Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 que \u00ab la Chambre d\u2019appel a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019accepter l\u2019appel d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste pour reconsid\u00e9rer la question de la comp\u00e9tence de la Cour sur les crimes commis sur le territoire palestinien\u00bb. Elle a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab La Cour d\u2019appel a rejet\u00e9 la demande de l\u2019occupation sioniste d\u2019annuler ou de suspendre le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e9mis contre le soi disant Premier ministre sioniste, Benjamin Netanyahu, et le soi disant ancien ministre de la D\u00e9fense, Yoav Galant. \u00bb Elle a expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ab cette question est distincte de celle de la comp\u00e9tence et n\u2019est pas actuellement affect\u00e9e par celle-ci \u00bb. Elle a soulign\u00e9 que \u00ab la d\u00e9cision implique le renvoi de l\u2019appel \u00e0 la Chambre pr\u00e9liminaire, qui a rendu sa d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente le 21 novembre 2024 \u00bb. Il s\u2019agit de \u00ab reconsid\u00e9rer la question de la juridiction et d\u2019examiner les arguments pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste \u00bb. La Chambre pr\u00e9liminaire I de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale a \u00e9mis deux mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat et ce en date du 21 novembre. L\u2019\u00e9mission de ces 2 mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat fait suite aux crimes de guerre et de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 dperp\u00e9tr\u00e9s ans la bande de Gaza, et cette d\u00e9cision a
