Il vise \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0encourager la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en vue d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le niveau de la recherche scientifique et de promouvoir la production journalistique autour des \u00e9lections et des th\u00e9matiques connexes\u00a0\u00bb, selon la m\u00eame source.
