Des dettes qui concernent uniquement les plaintes d\u00e9j\u00e0 trait\u00e9es par l\u2019instance juridictionnelle relevant de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration alg\u00e9rienne de football, en attendant qu\u2019elle tranche aussi sur les plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment par plusieurs autres joueurs de l\u2019exercice \u00e9coul\u00e9, pr\u00e9cise-t-on de m\u00eame source. Cela se passe au moment o\u00f9 une ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 totale r\u00e8gne concernant l\u2019avenir du pr\u00e9sident du club, Mohamed Hamri, qui a annonc\u00e9 son d\u00e9part \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e du championnat, disput\u00e9e le 24 ao\u00fbt dernier. Outre le d\u00e9but d\u2019une saign\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019effectif du \u2018\u2019Rapid\u2019\u2019, qui a termin\u00e9 au milieu du classement la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9dition du championnat, les pr\u00e9paratifs du nouvel exercice, dont le coup d\u2019envoi est pr\u00e9vu le 23 octobre prochain, n\u2019ont pas encore commenc\u00e9. Il appartient notamment aux dirigeants de ce club de r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me des dettes pour lever l\u2019interdiction de recrutement et mettre en place un nouvel effectif en pr\u00e9vision de la saison \u00e0 venir, vu que la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de l\u2019effectif de la saison pass\u00e9e a saisi la CNRL pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de son bon de sortie.
