Cette maladie cryptogamique redoutable, favoris\u00e9e par les changements brusques de temp\u00e9rature, les r\u00e9centes pr\u00e9cipitations et le taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9, plonge l&rsquo;ensemble de la fili\u00e8re dans une crise sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Selon la direction des services agricoles (DSA) d&rsquo;El Tarf, les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sont consid\u00e9rables et les professionnels du secteur vivent actuellement dans l&rsquo;angoisse d&rsquo;une saison catastrophique aux lourdes cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res. L&rsquo;apparition de cette maladie destructrice r\u00e9sulte de plusieurs facteurs conjugu\u00e9s, notamment les conditions climatiques d\u00e9favorables et l&rsquo;utilisation de traitements inad\u00e9quats, particuli\u00e8rement des fongicides inefficaces contre ce pathog\u00e8ne sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agriculteurs touch\u00e9s par cette catastrophe phytosanitaire se trouvent dans un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9moralisation profonde face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ampleur des pertes. Les chiffres parlent d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames : chaque hectare d\u00e9truit repr\u00e9sente une perte financi\u00e8re de 120 millions de centimes, et de nombreux professionnels exploitent des surfaces sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 20 hectares. Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 permet de mesurer l&rsquo;ampleur des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts \u00e9conomiques qui frappent la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette situation dramatique, les agriculteurs gardent espoir et comptent sur les assurances agricoles pour obtenir des indemnisations substantielles qui leur permettront de surmonter cette \u00e9preuve et de relancer leur activit\u00e9. Cette attente constitue aujourd&rsquo;hui leur principal recours face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ampleur du sinistre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tomate industrielle repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;une des cultures les plus importantes de la wilaya d&rsquo;El Tarf, destin\u00e9e exclusivement \u00e0 la transformation industrielle. Pas moins de sept unit\u00e9s de transformation sont implant\u00e9es sur le territoire de la wilaya, notamment dans les communes de Besb\u00e9s, Echatt et Ben M&rsquo;hidi, t\u00e9moignant de l&rsquo;importance socio-\u00e9conomique cruciale de cette fili\u00e8re pour la r\u00e9gion.
