{"id":69918,"date":"2025-07-07T12:55:02","date_gmt":"2025-07-07T11:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=69918"},"modified":"2025-07-07T12:55:03","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T11:55:03","slug":"mila-distribution-de-plus-de-3000-logements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2025\/07\/07\/mila-distribution-de-plus-de-3000-logements\/","title":{"rendered":"Mila\u00a0:\u00a0Distribution de plus de 3000 logements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 63e anniversaire de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance a apport\u00e9, comme partout en Alg\u00e9rie, une joie particuli\u00e8re aux demandeurs de logements de la wilaya de Mila. \u00c0 cette occasion, les autorit\u00e9s locales de la wilaya de Mila ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;attribution de plus de 3000 logements toutes formules confondues. Plusieurs projets ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9s tandis que d&rsquo;autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s. Ces r\u00e9alisations visent principalement le d\u00e9veloppement de la wilaya et garantissent un cadre de vie ad\u00e9quat aux habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur de l&rsquo;habitat occupe une place centrale dans ces pr\u00e9occupations, les autorit\u00e9s locales accordant un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce domaine en raison de la forte demande des citoyens. Ainsi, 3606 unit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remises \u00e0 leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Ce quota comprend 3200 logements de type rural, 210 Logements Promotionnels Aid\u00e9s (LPA) et 196 Logements Publics Locatifs (LPL). Par ailleurs, le lancement de 2000 nouveaux appartements de type LPL a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 lors de ces festivit\u00e9s. Ce quota sera r\u00e9parti \u00e0 travers 29 communes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de rappeler qu&rsquo;entre 2020 et 2025, pas moins de 15000 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s dans la wilaya de Mila. En outre, la wilaya a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;un nouveau programme de l&rsquo;Agence de l&rsquo;Am\u00e9lioration et du D\u00e9veloppement du Logement (AADL-3). Ce programme se compose de 8500 unit\u00e9s, dont 2225 seront lanc\u00e9es durant le second semestre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en cours, r\u00e9parties entre Chelghoum Laid (400 unit\u00e9s) et Marachou, dans la commune de Mila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant les investissements financiers, la direction de l&rsquo;habitat a allou\u00e9 65 milliards de dinars pour le logement rural et 60 milliards de dinars pour la formule LPL durant le premier trimestre 2025. Au total, la wilaya a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;un programme de 16000 unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;habitation, incluant une premi\u00e8re tranche de 2000 unit\u00e9s AADL, 8500 unit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires et 2000 LPL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre les attributions de logements, les autorit\u00e9s locales ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre de deux projets immobiliers comprenant respectivement 20 et 30 unit\u00e9s LPL. La premi\u00e8re tranche de la bretelle autorouti\u00e8re reliant Mila \u00e0 l&rsquo;autoroute Est-Ouest a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service, ainsi qu&rsquo;un projet de gaz de ville \u00e0 Oued Athmania. La pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre d&rsquo;une \u00e9cole au site int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de cette m\u00eame commune a aussi eu lieu.
