Vers une nouvelle \u00e8re d’int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique africaine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Alg\u00e9rie s’impose comme un acteur majeur de l’int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique continentale avec le lancement mardi \u00e0 Alger de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement promotionnel de la 4e \u00e9dition de la Foire commerciale intra-africaine (IATF 2025). Cette manifestation, qui se d\u00e9roulera du 4 au 10 septembre prochain dans la capitale alg\u00e9rienne, constitue un tournant pour le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9changes commerciaux intra-africains et la consolidation de la Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAf). Le ministre du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur et de la Promotion des exportations, Kamel Rezig, a soulign\u00e9 lors de l’ouverture de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nment promotionnel que l’organisation par l’Alg\u00e9rie de cette \u00e9dition t\u00e9moignait de son engagement \u00e0 renforcer les \u00e9changes commerciaux intra-africains dans le cadre de la ZLECAf, qui offre un cadre commun pour la croissance inclusive et le d\u00e9veloppement durable du continent. Le ministre a mis l’accent sur le \u00ab\u00a0r\u00f4le de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement phare dans la cons\u00e9cration de l’esprit de coop\u00e9ration et d’int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique et commerciale entre les pays du continent africain\u00a0\u00bb. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique continental. L’Alg\u00e9rie a pris des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour faciliter cette int\u00e9gration, notamment le lancement des \u00e9changes commerciaux dans le cadre de la ZLECAf le 1er novembre 2024, marquant ainsi son entr\u00e9e effective dans cette zone de libre-\u00e9change. Le pays s’est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement d’infrastructures modernes comprenant des ports, des a\u00e9roports internationaux, un r\u00e9seau ferroviaire et un syst\u00e8me de transport terrestre \u00e9tendu. Les projets structurants \u00e0 dimension continentale occupent une place centrale dans cette vision. L’Alg\u00e9rie a lanc\u00e9 plusieurs initiatives d’envergure, notamment le projet de route transsaharienne, le projet de route Tindouf-Zouerate reliant l’Alg\u00e9rie et la Mauritanie, le gazoduc reliant le Nigeria et l’Alg\u00e9rie, ainsi que la dorsale transsaharienne \u00e0 fibre optique. Ces infrastructures visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau interconnect\u00e9 facilitant les \u00e9changes commerciaux et les flux d’investissement \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d’ouverture a r\u00e9uni un parterre de personnalit\u00e9s de haut niveau, t\u00e9moignant de l’importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Outre le ministre Rezig et son homologue du Commerce int\u00e9rieur Tayeb Zitouni, \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents la secr\u00e9taire d’\u00c9tat charg\u00e9e des Affaires africaines Bakhta Selma Mansouri, l’ancien pr\u00e9sident du Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo en tant que pr\u00e9sident du Conseil consultatif de l’IATF, le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la ZLECAf Wamkele Mene, et le Commissaire de l’Union africaine Moses Vilakati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette rencontre couronne une s\u00e9rie d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements promotionnels organis\u00e9s \u00e0 travers les principaux march\u00e9s africains, notamment \u00e0 Nairobi au Kenya, Accra au Ghana, Johannesburg en Afrique du Sud et Lagos au Nigeria.  L’IATF, organis\u00e9e conjointement par l’Afreximbank, le Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la ZLECAf et la Commission de l’Union africaine en partenariat avec l’Alg\u00e9rie, se positionne comme une plateforme privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e permettant aux entreprises, aux petites et moyennes entreprises, aux investisseurs et aux d\u00e9cideurs d’explorer les opportunit\u00e9s commerciales et d’investissement tout en \u00e9tablissant des contacts avec des partenaires potentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’accent mis par l’Alg\u00e9rie sur l’am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires constitue un atout majeur pour cette \u00e9dition. Le pays s’emploie \u00e0 assurer un environnement \u00e9conomique et institutionnel transparent et attractif pour les investissements, en garantissant la stabilit\u00e9 de la l\u00e9gislation r\u00e9gissant l’investissement local et \u00e9tranger, en simplifiant les proc\u00e9dures administratives et en d\u00e9veloppant le syst\u00e8me bancaire, le march\u00e9 des capitaux et le secteur des assurances, tout en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette initiative s’inscrit dans une dynamique continentale plus large visant \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser les objectifs de la ZLECAf, qui ambitionne de cr\u00e9er un march\u00e9 unique africain de plus de 1,3 milliard de consommateurs. L’organisation de cette foire par l’Alg\u00e9rie t\u00e9moigne de sa volont\u00e9 de jouer un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans cette transformation \u00e9conomique du continent et de consolider sa position d’acteur majeur des \u00e9changes commerciaux intra-africains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
