{"id":7502,"date":"2021-09-13T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-12T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=7502"},"modified":"2021-09-12T16:13:49","modified_gmt":"2021-09-12T15:13:49","slug":"habitat-precaire-129-familles-recensees-a-annaba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2021\/09\/13\/habitat-precaire-129-familles-recensees-a-annaba\/","title":{"rendered":"Habitat pr\u00e9caire : 129 familles recens\u00e9es \u00e0 Annaba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y avait de la joie dans le bidonville \u2018\u2019Boumaoudj\u2019\u2019, dont les 129 familles ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une op\u00e9ration de relogement.Les services de la da\u00efra d\u2019El Bouni, en coordination avec l\u2019Office de promotion et de gestion immobili\u00e8re (OPGI) de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9, hier, \u00e0 une op\u00e9ration de relogement de 129 familles, vivant dans le bidonville de la localit\u00e9 de Boumaoudj, relevant de la da\u00efra d\u2019El Bouni, avons-nous constat\u00e9 sur place. Les familles, ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des logements publics locatifs (sociaux), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recas\u00e9s au niveau des cit\u00e9s respectives : les 500 lgts du 1er Mai et&nbsp; de Kherraza 02. L\u2019op\u00e9ration fait suite \u00e0 l\u2019instruction de Djamel Eddine Berrimi, wali d\u2019Annaba, portant sur le relogement sans plus tarder des familles avant la rentr\u00e9e scolaire et sociale pr\u00e9vue en septembre.&nbsp; Une mani\u00e8re de permettre \u00e0 ces familles&nbsp; de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019inscription de leurs enfants au niveau des \u00e9tablissements scolaires, situ\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de leurs nouveaux logements. L\u2019op\u00e9ration de relogement a \u00e9t\u00e9 assist\u00e9e par les services de la da\u00efra et l\u2019APC d\u2019El Bouni ainsi l\u2019OPGI d\u2019Annaba, au sein d\u2019un dispositif s\u00e9curitaire rigoureux. Tous les moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s, pour le bon d\u00e9roulement du relogement des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.&nbsp; Un relogement qui a aussit\u00f4t \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi, d\u2019une op\u00e9ration de d\u00e9molition des constructions illicites qu\u2019occupaient les&nbsp; familles concern\u00e9es par l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Par ailleurs, il convient de noter que cette op\u00e9ration sera suivie d\u2019autres op\u00e9rations, programm\u00e9es&nbsp; \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 1er novembre. Plusieurs logements tous segments confondus seront attribu\u00e9s pour la circonstance, qui sera marqu\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence du ministre de l\u2019Habitat, de l\u2019Urbanisme et de la Ville, Tarek Belaribi.
