Le document se trouve actuellement au niveau de la commission sectorielle du minist\u00e8re des Travaux publics et des Infrastructures de base, en vue de son \u00e9tude et de son approbation, premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers la relance effective des travaux suspendus depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour diverses raisons. Les autorit\u00e9s locales insistent sur le caract\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique de cette infrastructure qui traversera les communes de Skikda, Hammadi Krouma, B\u00e9ni B\u00e9chir, Ramdane Djamel, Salah Bouchaour et El Harrouch. Ce projet, d\u2019une importance \u00e9conomique majeure, a pour vocation de raccorder directement le port de Skikda \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest, facilitant ainsi la circulation des marchandises, produits industriels et p\u00e9troliers. L\u2019enjeu est de taille : d\u00e9sengorger les routes nationales et les chemins de wilaya fortement sollicit\u00e9s, et am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du port de Skikda, principal p\u00f4le d\u2019exportation d\u2019hydrocarbures et de produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s. Les responsables locaux affirment suivre de pr\u00e8s ce dossier, conscients de son impact sur la dynamique \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, la p\u00e9n\u00e9trante reliant le port de Skikda \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest est un projet autoroutier de 31 km, annonc\u00e9 en 2010. Il vise \u00e0 d\u00e9senclaver le port et la zone p\u00e9trochimique de Skikda en les connectant \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute \u00e0 partir de la sortie n\u00b08 d\u2019El Harrouch. Le profil initial de 2&#215;3 voies a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9 \u00e0 2&#215;2 voies pour des consid\u00e9rations budg\u00e9taires, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant la relance compl\u00e8te du chantier, il convient de noter qu\u2019en 2024, le r\u00e9seau routier de la wilaya de Skikda a enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019ouverture de trois \u00e9changeurs donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest : celui de Sa\u00efd Bousbaa (El Harrouch), de Ras El Ma (Azzaba) et d\u2019Oued Kebir (A\u00efn Cherchar).
