Le dossier sera examin\u00e9 le 24 novembre prochain par le p\u00f4le p\u00e9nal \u00e9conomique et financier d\u2019Alger, a-t-on appris de source judiciaire. La nouvelle date a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e lundi par le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal, apr\u00e8s un report sollicit\u00e9 par la d\u00e9fense afin de permettre la d\u00e9signation de nouveaux avocats. Selon la m\u00eame source, il s\u2019agit du dernier report accord\u00e9 avant l\u2019ouverture effective du proc\u00e8s, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des plus importants dossiers de corruption du secteur industriel ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ce scandale, qui a \u00e9branl\u00e9 le groupe public Imetal, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les industries m\u00e9talliques et sid\u00e9rurgiques, implique 25 accus\u00e9s : des dirigeants du groupe, des responsables de filiales \u2014 dont Sider El Hadjar et l\u2019Entreprise nationale de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (ENR) \u2014 ainsi que d\u2019autres responsables publics et priv\u00e9s. Les pr\u00e9venus sont poursuivis pour des faits de corruption, octroi d\u2019avantages injustifi\u00e9s lors de march\u00e9s publics, blanchiment d\u2019argent, dissimulation de fonds, d\u00e9tournement de deniers publics et abus de fonction, selon les conclusions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire. L\u2019affaire a \u00e9clat\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un rapport d\u00e9taill\u00e9 transmis au parquet, faisant \u00e9tat d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s massives et de d\u00e9passements graves dans la gestion du groupe et de ses filiales. Le document accuse plusieurs responsables d\u2019avoir manipul\u00e9 des appels d\u2019offres et attribu\u00e9 des contrats ill\u00e9gaux \u00e0 certaines entreprises, au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la suite de ce rapport, le procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le p\u00f4le p\u00e9nal \u00e9conomique et financier du tribunal de Sidi M\u2019hamed avait ordonn\u00e9 la mise sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plusieurs cadres d\u2019Imetal et de ses filiales. Parmi eux figurent plusieurs anciens responsables \u00e0 l\u2019image de B.T., PDG d\u2019Imetal, A.L., PDG de Sider, F.K., secr\u00e9taire syndical de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba, A.M.H., ancien directeur des ressources humaines et actuel sous-directeur charg\u00e9 de l\u2019administration de Sider, ainsi que K.H., directeur de l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019Annaba de l\u2019ENR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17 autres accus\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.
