En d\u00e9pit d\u2019une concurrence mondiale accrue sur le march\u00e9 du gaz, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie reste, en 2025, le principal pilier de l\u2019approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019Espagne.  Avec plus du tiers des volumes import\u00e9s, Alger conserve une avance sur les \u00c9tats-Unis et la Russie. Les importations espagnoles de gaz ont progress\u00e9 de 9,8 % au cours des dix premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, pour atteindre 310,91 t\u00e9rawattheures (TWh), selon les donn\u00e9es publi\u00e9es par la plateforme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Energy Platform<\/em>. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, qui fournit 34,1 % de ces volumes, s\u2019impose ainsi comme le premier fournisseur du pays ib\u00e9rique, devant les \u00c9tats-Unis (31,6 %) et la Russie (10,5 %).Entre janvier et octobre 2025, les exportations alg\u00e9riennes vers l\u2019Espagne se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 105,94 TWh, dont 88,51 TWh de gaz naturel achemin\u00e9 par le gazoduc Medgaz et 17,43 TWh de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL). Ce niveau, quasi stable par rapport \u00e0 2024, confirme la robustesse du dispositif d\u2019exportation de Sonatrach et la constance du flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique vers l\u2019Europe du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette performance consolide la position de Sonatrach comme partenaire cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me gazier europ\u00e9en. Malgr\u00e9 la mont\u00e9e en puissance du GNL am\u00e9ricain et les variations saisonni\u00e8res de la demande, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie demeure la source la plus fiable et la plus proche pour Madrid. Les \u00c9tats-Unis se maintiennent au deuxi\u00e8me rang des fournisseurs avec une part de 31,6 %, soit 98,36 TWh, exclusivement sous forme de GNL. Les exportations am\u00e9ricaines vers l\u2019Espagne ont connu une croissance spectaculaire, presque doubl\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 2024 (50,69 TWh) et bien sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de 2023 (67,44 TWh). Ce bond refl\u00e8te la mont\u00e9e en puissance du gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, soutenu par la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne de r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 la Russie. Cette derni\u00e8re conserve malgr\u00e9 tout la troisi\u00e8me position avec 10,5 % des importations espagnoles, soit 32,72 TWh, mais en forte baisse par rapport aux deux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes o\u00f9 ses livraisons d\u00e9passaient les 60 TWh. Les sanctions occidentales et les contraintes logistiques continuent d\u2019\u00e9roder la pr\u00e9sence russe sur le march\u00e9 ib\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derri\u00e8re ce trio de t\u00eate, le reste du classement est domin\u00e9 par plusieurs pays africains. Le Nigeria occupe la quatri\u00e8me place avec 7,8 % des volumes (24,25 TWh), suivi de l\u2019Angola \u00e0 5,3 % (16,56 TWh). Ces chiffres traduisent la vitalit\u00e9 croissante des exportations africaines de GNL, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des besoins accrus de diversification \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fait nouveau, la Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale a fait son entr\u00e9e dans la liste des fournisseurs de l\u2019Espagne pour la premi\u00e8re fois en octobre 2025, avec 1,129 TWh, soit 3,2 % des importations mensuelles. Cette apparition illustre l\u2019ambition de ce petit \u00c9tat d\u2019Afrique centrale de s\u2019imposer sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, dans le sillage du dynamisme de ses voisins producteurs. Sur le seul mois d\u2019octobre 2025, les importations espagnoles ont bondi de 27 % par rapport \u00e0 septembre, atteignant 34,97 TWh. Les livraisons alg\u00e9riennes ont cr\u00fb pour repr\u00e9senter 39,5 % des volumes mensuels, devant les \u00c9tats-Unis (39,2 %) et le Nigeria (5,9 %). Cette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration s\u2019est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une baisse des r\u00e9serves de stockage, remplies \u00e0 87 % contre 100 % un an plus t\u00f4t, signe d\u2019une consommation soutenue avant l\u2019hiver. Dans un contexte mondial de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de recomposition des circuits d\u2019approvisionnement, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie s\u2019impose une fois encore comme un acteur incontournable du paysage gazier m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
