Les deux plateformes, baptis\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0Achki\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Your rating\u00a0\u00bb, visent \u00e0 instaurer une transparence accrue et \u00e0 fluidifier les \u00e9changes entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs du march\u00e9. Le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;APOCE, Mustapha Zebdi, a soulign\u00e9 que ces outils num\u00e9riques constituent un levier essentiel pour \u00ab\u00a0faire entendre la voix du consommateur\u00a0\u00bb tout en am\u00e9liorant \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;interaction avec les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques et les instances de contr\u00f4le\u00a0\u00bb. Selon lui, cette d\u00e9marche permettra d&rsquo;ancrer durablement la transparence dans les relations commerciales et d&rsquo;assurer \u00ab\u00a0une transmission efficace des pr\u00e9occupations et avis des consommateurs\u00a0\u00bb. La premi\u00e8re plateforme, \u00ab\u00a0Achki\u00a0\u00bb, offre aux citoyens la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser leurs dol\u00e9ances de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e, avec l&rsquo;avantage de recevoir directement une r\u00e9ponse de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur \u00e9conomique concern\u00e9. Int\u00e9grant pas moins de 70 cat\u00e9gories de r\u00e9clamations, cet outil ambitionne de r\u00e9volutionner le traitement des plaintes. M. Zebdi a d&rsquo;ailleurs insist\u00e9 sur son potentiel \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0traiter plusieurs dysfonctionnements et \u00e0 limiter les pratiques bureaucratiques dans la relation entre consommateurs, op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques et instances de contr\u00f4le, en renon\u00e7ant \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle du registre de dol\u00e9ances\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La seconde plateforme, \u00ab\u00a0Your rating\u00a0\u00bb, introduit quant \u00e0 elle une dimension \u00e9valuative in\u00e9dite dans le paysage alg\u00e9rien de la consommation. Elle permet aux utilisateurs d&rsquo;attribuer des notes aux produits et services dont ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient, offrant ainsi aux entreprises une visibilit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate sur la satisfaction de leur client\u00e8le. Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 devrait encourager les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer continuellement leurs prestations en fonction des retours du terrain. Pour donner l&rsquo;exemple et stimuler l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion des acteurs \u00e9conomiques, les groupes Alg\u00e9rie T\u00e9l\u00e9com et Alg\u00e9rie Poste ont accept\u00e9 de rejoindre l&rsquo;initiative en tant qu&rsquo;entreprises pilotes. Le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;APOCE a exprim\u00e9 son espoir de voir \u00ab\u00a0davantage d&rsquo;entreprises \u00e9conomiques adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche\u00a0\u00bb, soulignant l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une participation large pour garantir l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du dispositif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette modernisation des canaux de communication entre consommateurs et fournisseurs s&rsquo;inscrit dans une dynamique plus large de transformation num\u00e9rique de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie alg\u00e9rienne. Elle t\u00e9moigne \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une prise de conscience croissante de l&rsquo;importance de placer le consommateur au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations commerciales, tout en responsabilisant
