Tahar Rayan a indiqu\u00e9, samedi \u00e0 Alger que pr\u00e8s de 35.000 patients suivent des s\u00e9ances de dialyse \u00e0 travers 420 centres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale.&nbsp;En marge de l&rsquo;ouverture des travaux du 30e Congr\u00e8s de n\u00e9phrologie, organis\u00e9 par le SANDT sur deux jours, le Pr. Rayan a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0le nombre de patients souffrant d&rsquo;insuffisance r\u00e9nale chronique terminale a atteint 35.000, pris en charge \u00e0 travers 420 centres de dialyse \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale\u00a0\u00bb.&nbsp;Evoquant la greffe r\u00e9nale en Alg\u00e9rie, le Pr. Rayan a fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une moyenne annuelle de 200 greffes \u00e0 partir de donneurs vivants, pr\u00e9cisant que ce taux \u00ab\u00a0demeure faible\u00a0\u00bb vu le nombre de patients en attente d&rsquo;un rein.&nbsp;Pour le Professeur, cette situation est due \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0manque de donneurs\u00a0\u00bb, soulignant que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tend \u00e0 organiser des campagnes de sensibilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;importance du don d&rsquo;organes, le rein en particulier, pour permettre au malade de mener une vie normale.&nbsp;S&rsquo;agissant des causes de la maladie, le sp\u00e9cialiste a relev\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a050% des personnes atteintes d&rsquo;insuffisance r\u00e9nale sont des patients diab\u00e9tiques ou souffrant d&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Il existe un lien entre la maladie r\u00e9nale et les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux (AVC) ou les infarctus du myocarde\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9 pr\u00e9conisant de suivre un r\u00e9gime alimentaire \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et de boire de l&rsquo;eau en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes avec un contr\u00f4le annuel des reins et du c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le sp\u00e9cialiste en n\u00e9phrologie et pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne de n\u00e9phrologie, dialyse et transplantation r\u00e9nale (SANDT), le Pr.
