Plusieurs cadres dissidents, r\u00e9cemment revenus en Alg\u00e9rie dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative de \u201cr\u00e9unification\u201d lanc\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune, d\u00e9noncent d\u00e9sormais publiquement les d\u00e9rives, manipulations de parties \u00e9trang\u00e8res et pratiques opaques qui gangr\u00e8nent le mouvement. Un documentaire diffus\u00e9 lundi soir par la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision publique, intitul\u00e9 <em>\u00ab <\/em>S\u2019affranchir des cha\u00eenes terroristes du MAK&nbsp;\u00bb, a livr\u00e9 des t\u00e9moignages in\u00e9dits sur les coulisses d\u2019une organisation que d\u2019ex-responsables d\u00e9crivent comme un instrument aux mains de \u201ccercles marocains et sionistes\u201d cherchant \u00e0 \u201caffaiblir l\u2019\u00c9tat alg\u00e9rien, fragiliser ses institutions et attiser les divisions internes par des campagnes m\u00e9diatiques hostiles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien cadre Zahir Benadjaoud, qui a quitt\u00e9 le mouvement en 2016, revient sur l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur de son d\u00e9part : \u201cLa direction du MAK avait annonc\u00e9 un projet d\u2019envoyer des combattants suivre un entra\u00eenement militaire dans l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste\u201d, affirme-t-il, qualifiant Ferhat Mhenni de \u201ctra\u00eetre\u201d qui adopte d\u00e9sormais \u201cun discours terroriste et sanguinaire appelant clairement \u00e0 la violence\u201d. Il d\u00e9nonce \u00e9galement la \u201cd\u00e9sagr\u00e9gation de nombreuses familles en Kabylie \u00e0 cause du mouvement\u201d, tandis que \u201cles enfants des dirigeants (du MAK) profitent d\u2019atouts et d\u2019investissements importants en France\u201d. Selon lui, le MAK a syst\u00e9matis\u00e9 la manipulation m\u00e9diatique : \u201cLe mouvement utilise des campagnes de propagande mensong\u00e8res en exag\u00e9rant sa repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9.\u201d Il assure que les pr\u00e9tendues rencontres du MAK \u00e0 l\u2019ONU ou au Parlement fran\u00e7ais \u201crel\u00e8vent de l\u2019intox\u201d, expliquant que des membres avaient simplement \u201cinfiltr\u00e9 un groupe associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une ONG marocaine\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beadjaoud d\u00e9crit aussi l\u2019ing\u00e9rence marocaine : \u201cLe makhzen contr\u00f4le r\u00e9ellement le MAK. La relation a commenc\u00e9 en 2000 quand Ferhat Mhenni a re\u00e7u une invitation officielle du Maroc. Depuis, Rabat s\u2019est servi du MAK comme levier, allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 garder des membres en otage pour faire pression sur la direction.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le documentaire rapporte \u00e9galement les propos de Mustapha Aziz, pr\u00e9sident de \u201cMouvement Maroc de demain\u201d, qui avait sign\u00e9 un accord avec le MAK en 2024. Il y affirme que \u201cles services marocains\u201d lui avaient confi\u00e9 \u201cdes missions secr\u00e8tes en Afrique et en Europe pour nuire aux int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie\u201d. Un autre dissident, Idir Djoudar, assure que Ferhat Mhenni recevrait \u201c250 000 euros par mois du makhzen\u201d, ainsi que \u201cdes sommes importantes envoy\u00e9es sous couvert des investissements de son fils en France\u201d. Autre t\u00e9moignage marquant, celui de Mohand Beloucif, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme ancien \u201cministre de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019Administration\u201d dans la soi-disant \u201cgouvernement provisoire\u201d du MAK. Revenu en Alg\u00e9rie apr\u00e8s dix ann\u00e9es d\u2019exil, il explique : \u201cMon retour est l\u2019occasion de demander pardon \u00e0 ma famille, \u00e0 ma r\u00e9gion et \u00e0 mon pays.\u201d Il dit avoir quitt\u00e9 le mouvement en 2020 en d\u00e9couvrant \u201cdes plans secrets avec des parties \u00e9trang\u00e8res visant explicitement \u00e0 porter atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et \u00e0 faire tomber l\u2019\u00c9tat\u201d. Selon lui, de nombreux membres ont perdu toute confiance dans la direction apr\u00e8s avoir compris \u201cle projet destructeur et l\u2019impasse totale vers laquelle le MAK les menait\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beloucif salue par ailleurs \u201cles facilit\u00e9s\u201d offertes par les autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes et les repr\u00e9sentations diplomatiques pour accompagner les repentis dans leur retour, pr\u00e9cisant qu\u2019\u201cun grand nombre de membres s\u2019appr\u00eatent \u00e0 quitter le mouvement pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des mesures de r\u00e9conciliation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le m\u00eame sens, Kamel Ma\u00e2toub, ancien responsable de l\u2019organisation des manifestations du MAK, \u00e9voque une structure qui \u201cprofite des personnes en conflit avec l\u2019\u00c9tat pour les enr\u00f4ler\u201d. Enfin, Nourredine La\u00e2rab, autre ancien cadre vis\u00e9 par des mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat internationaux avant de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019initiative pr\u00e9sidentielle, lance un appel aux militants encore actifs : \u201cLes dirigeants du MAK pr\u00e9tendent d\u00e9fendre la d\u00e9mocratie, mais ils ne sont pas d\u00e9mocrates. Ils diffusent des id\u00e9es sataniques et destructrices.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces t\u00e9moignages convergents r\u00e9v\u00e8lent l\u2019ampleur des fractures internes qui fragilisent d\u00e9sormais le MAK.
