S\u2019exprimant lors du lancement officiel du projet, qui couvre une superficie de 200 hectares dans la zone de Coudiat Ech-Chouf, dans la commune de Guerrara (100 km Nord-est de Gharda\u00efa), le ministre a affirm\u00e9 que cette installation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 renforcer le dispositif \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique photovolta\u00efque de la wilaya, en plus de cr\u00e9er des emplois. Il a mis \u00e9galement l\u2019accent sur le r\u00f4le pionnier de la wilaya de Gharda\u00efa dans le domaine \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, avec une autonomie d\u00e9passant les 1.200 m\u00e9gawatts, dont 300 MW exploit\u00e9s durant la p\u00e9riode estivale, et le raccordement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de quelque 1.600 exploitations agricoles.
