Une situation qui inqui\u00e8te de plus en plus les travailleurs, qui s\u2019interrogent sur leur avenir professionnel. C\u2019est le black-out total, a fait savoir une source syndicale. Selon la m\u00eame source,\u00ab&nbsp;rien n\u2019a chang\u00e9 pour cette usine \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat depuis plusieurs mois d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;\u00bb. Selon notre interlocuteur, chaque jour, les 460 travailleurs viennent pour pointer et passent toute la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 se rouler les pouces sans rien faire. Tous les ateliers de l\u2019usine sont ferm\u00e9s et la production est \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat tout comme les salaires des travailleurs. Ces derniers n\u2019ont pas per\u00e7u leur dus, depuis neuf mois, soit depuis 2020. Situation \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la d\u00e9gradation des conditions de vie pour ces chefs de familles, dont la plupart sont soutenus par leurs familles et proches. Bien qu\u2019accabl\u00e9s par les dettes, ces professionnels de la production des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs ne se sont pas d\u00e9courag\u00e9s et n\u2019ont pas baiss\u00e9 les bras. Mais demeurent rong\u00e9s par le l\u2019absence de communication et d\u2019information. Livr\u00e9s \u00e0 un sort inconnu,&nbsp; les travailleurs de l\u2019usine German ne savent plus \u00e0 quel saint se vouer, surtout que les responsables observent un silence inqui\u00e9tant. Selon la m\u00eame source syndicale, un seul \u2018\u2019responsable\u2019\u2019 a pu \u00eatre contact\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de production d\u2019Ain-Smara, mais il n\u2019a pu donner aucune pr\u00e9cision sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation, relative \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de l\u2019unit\u00e9 et ses travailleurs. Les seules indiscr\u00e9tions filtr\u00e9es&nbsp; \u00e0 la section syndicale se rapportent \u00e0&nbsp; l\u2019organe de gestion, \u00e0 savoir le holding de l\u2019industrie m\u00e9canique qui aurait, selon la m\u00eame source, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de c\u00e9der cette unit\u00e9 de production \u00e0 un op\u00e9rateur national.&nbsp; \u00ab&nbsp;En avril dernier, le Conseil d\u2019administration du holding a vot\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution par laquelle la plateforme de production de l\u2019unit\u00e9 German de Constantine a \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9d\u00e9e \u00e0 au secteur \u00e9conomique de la d\u00e9fense \u00bb, a fait savoir le m\u00eame interlocuteur et d\u2019ajouter que \u00ab&nbsp;le processus de cession est en cours&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sofia Chahine<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs d\u2019Ain-Smara, l\u2019usine German est toujours \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat.
