L&rsquo;information a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e dimanche par le quotidien <em>Echourouk<\/em>, qui cite le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Tahar Benali, membre de la commission des finances et du budget \u00e0 l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e populaire nationale, en marge des d\u00e9bats consacr\u00e9s au projet de loi de r\u00e8glement budg\u00e9taire 2023. Selon les pr\u00e9cisions fournies lors de ces travaux par le ministre du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur et de la Promotion des exportations, Kamel Rezig, ce m\u00e9canisme d\u00e9rogatoire s&rsquo;adresse aux op\u00e9rateurs qui n&rsquo;ont pu inscrire certains besoins dans le PPI couvrant le second semestre 2026, notamment dans des situations jug\u00e9es urgentes et directement li\u00e9es \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 de la production ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement du march\u00e9. Les entreprises concern\u00e9es pourront d\u00e9poser des tableaux estimatifs additionnels afin d&rsquo;obtenir des autorisations d&rsquo;importation pour des besoins initialement non pr\u00e9vus. Ce dispositif ne remet pas en cause les fondements de la politique commerciale alg\u00e9rienne. Le principe d&rsquo;interdiction d&rsquo;importer tout produit fabriqu\u00e9 localement est maintenu, au nom de la protection de l&rsquo;industrie nationale. Pour les produits partiellement fabriqu\u00e9s en Alg\u00e9rie, les autorit\u00e9s retiennent une approche d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, limitant les importations \u00e0 la couverture du seul d\u00e9ficit constat\u00e9.
