L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise que, selon les dispositions de ce r\u00e8glement, toute soci\u00e9t\u00e9 souhaitant proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;admission de ses titres de capital ou de cr\u00e9ance aux n\u00e9gociations sur le compartiment de croissance ou \u00e9mergent de la Bourse d&rsquo;Alger est tenue de d\u00e9signer un Promoteur en Bourse pour une dur\u00e9e de cinq (5) ans.
