Le bilan le plus lourd a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 dans la wilaya de S\u00e9tif avec 4 morts et 91 bless\u00e9s dans 82 accidents de la circulation, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source. S&rsquo;agissant des cas d&rsquo;intoxication par le monoxyde de carbone \u00e9manant de dispositifs de chauffage et chauffe-eau, les secours de la Protection civile ont effectu\u00e9 17 interventions pour la prise en charge de 36 personnes incommod\u00e9es par ce gaz, note le communiqu\u00e9.
