{"id":8391,"date":"2021-09-20T00:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-19T23:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=8391"},"modified":"2021-09-19T15:41:43","modified_gmt":"2021-09-19T14:41:43","slug":"faf-letau-se-resserre-sur-les-cumulards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2021\/09\/20\/faf-letau-se-resserre-sur-les-cumulards\/","title":{"rendered":"FAF   : L\u2019\u00e9tau se resserre sur les \u00ab cumulards \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le ministre de la Jeunesse et des Sports, Abderezzak Sebgag, avait promis de prendre en charge le dossier du cumul de fonctions entre la responsabilit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutive et \u00e9lective d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et la responsabilit\u00e9 administrative de l\u2019autre au sein des structures d&rsquo;organisation et d&rsquo;animation sportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il avait indiqu\u00e9 que le d\u00e9cret 21-60, du 8 f\u00e9vrier 2021, modifiant et compl\u00e9tant le d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif 15-340 du 28 d\u00e9cembre 2015 est plein d\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s et qu\u2019il doit \u00eatre revu. Mais entre temps, il est applicable depuis sa publication sur le Journal officiel. Le dernier communiqu\u00e9 de la tutelle est clair, net et pr\u00e9cis, puisqu\u2019il annonce que les personnes actuellement concern\u00e9es par le cumul de fonctions \u00ab devront imp\u00e9rativement proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la r\u00e9gularisation de leurs situations respectives avant la date butoir du 30 septembre \u00bb, au risque de s&rsquo;exposer \u00e0 \u00ab une mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart \u00bb, comme stipul\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;article 7 du d\u00e9cret 15-340.&nbsp; Et cette nouvelle directive tombe tel un couperet sur les membres du bureau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration alg\u00e9rienne de football. Bahloul, Benhamza, Touil, Oukali, Mansouri occupent encore des fonctions au niveau de leurs Ligue respectives et aussi des postes au niveau du Bureau de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration alg\u00e9rienne de football (FAF). Ces membres devaient prendre une d\u00e9cision le 15 mai dernier, soit un mois apr\u00e8s la tenue de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e9lective. Mais toujours est-il que ces membres sont rest\u00e9s au niveau des deux entit\u00e9s (Ligues et BF) en prenant des d\u00e9cisions qui, pour le moins que l\u2019on puisse, sont ill\u00e9gales, au vu et au su de tout le monde. Le pr\u00e9sident de la FAF, Charaf Eddine Amara qui, lui, s\u2019est conform\u00e9 au d\u00e9cret en quittant son poste \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Conseil d\u2019administration de la SSPA\/CRB, est rest\u00e9 inactif et impuissant face \u00e0 tout ce qui se passait autour de lui. Seule chose faite, c\u2019est une correspondance adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ancien MJS, Sid Ali Khaldi, pour retarder l\u2019application du d\u00e9cret ou l\u2019amender. Chose qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faite. Et maintenant que Sebgag a pris le dossier en mains, c\u2019est&nbsp; la course contre la montre pour les membres en question, qui doivent se r\u00e9unir en session extraordinaire avec Amara dans les toutes prochaines heures.
