La revue mensuelle de l’Arm\u00e9e nationale populaire, El Dje\u00efch<\/em>, a consacr\u00e9 son \u00e9ditorial d’avril 2026 \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire de Liamine Z\u00e9roual, ancien pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 le 28 mars dernier \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 85 ans. Loin du simple exercice comm\u00e9moratif, le texte livre un message politique fort, ancr\u00e9 dans le temps pr\u00e9sent : l’h\u00e9ritage du d\u00e9funt doit servir de boussole \u00e0 une nation appel\u00e9e \u00e0 resserrer ses rangs face aux turbulences d’un environnement r\u00e9gional et international de plus en plus instable. L’Alg\u00e9rie lui a rendu un dernier hommage solennel en pr\u00e9sence du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chef supr\u00eame des Forces arm\u00e9es, de hauts responsables de l’\u00c9tat, de compagnons d’armes et d’une foule de citoyens venus de toutes les r\u00e9gions du pays. Une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d’inhumation que la revue d\u00e9crit comme le reflet de l’attachement profond du peuple alg\u00e9rien \u00e0 \u00ab ce valeureux et loyal patriote \u00bb.  \u00ab Depuis son jeune \u00e2ge, il s’est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 des valeurs d’amour de la Patrie, du sacrifice, de l’abn\u00e9gation et du don de soi \u00bb, \u00e9crit la revue, rappelant que Z\u00e9roual avait rejoint les rangs de l’Arm\u00e9e de lib\u00e9ration nationale \u00e0 seulement seize ans. Officier apr\u00e8s l’ind\u00e9pendance, ambassadeur, ministre de la D\u00e9fense nationale, chef de l’\u00c9tat puis pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu : un parcours ascendant au service exclusif de la R\u00e9publique, sans jamais fl\u00e9chir ni marchander. \u00ab Il n’a jamais h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l’appel de la Patrie chaque fois qu’elle avait besoin de lui \u00bb, souligne la publication. C’est sa pr\u00e9sidence, exerc\u00e9e dans l’une des p\u00e9riodes les plus \u00e9prouvantes de l’histoire nationale, que la revue met particuli\u00e8rement en lumi\u00e8re. \u00ab Pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par le peuple alg\u00e9rien \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le pays traversait une de ses p\u00e9riodes les plus sombres, il a g\u00e9r\u00e9 son mandat avec sagesse, clairvoyance et perspicacit\u00e9, contribuant grandement \u00e0 \u00e9teindre les feux de la s\u00e9dition et \u00e0 remettre notre pays sur la bonne voie apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 au bord de l’effondrement. \u00bb El Dje\u00efch<\/em> rappelle \u00e9galement le t\u00e9moignage personnel du pr\u00e9sident Tebboune, qui avait rendu hommage \u00e0 Z\u00e9roual en des termes d’une rare chaleur : \u00ab J’\u00e9prouve une affection particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard de Monsieur Liamine. Lorsqu’on \u00e9change avec lui, on parle avec un Alg\u00e9rien authentique, un homme int\u00e8gre et patriotique, qui n’a jamais trich\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun moment, et j’atteste personnellement de sa profonde sympathie envers le simple citoyen. \u00bb La revue voit dans ces qualit\u00e9s \u2014 honn\u00eatet\u00e9, humilit\u00e9, rigueur, proximit\u00e9 avec le peuple \u2014 \u00ab des valeurs que tout Alg\u00e9rien, jaloux de son pays, se doit d’adopter et d’en faire un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais l’\u00e9ditorial ne s’arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 l’\u00e9loge fun\u00e8bre. Il d\u00e9ploie, \u00e0 travers la figure de Z\u00e9roual, un appel explicite \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion nationale dans le contexte actuel. \u00ab Il ne fait aucun doute que cette \u00e9tape sensible exige, plus que jamais, une unit\u00e9 nationale solide, un front interne puissant, harmonieux et coh\u00e9rent ainsi que le ralliement de toutes les forces vives autour des int\u00e9r\u00eats supr\u00eames du pays \u00bb, affirme la revue, dans un contexte international marqu\u00e9, selon ses propres termes, par \u00ab des troubles, des perturbations et de l’instabilit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citant le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’arm\u00e9e Sa\u00efd Chanegriha, chef d’\u00e9tat-major, la revue rappelle l’engagement des forces arm\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00ab garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 de la Patrie \u00bb et \u00e0 \u00ab accompagner les efforts sinc\u00e8res de d\u00e9veloppement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s jour et nuit pour la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et le progr\u00e8s de l’Alg\u00e9rie nouvelle \u00bb. En conclusion, El Dje\u00efch<\/em> affirme sa confiance dans la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 d’une Alg\u00e9rie \u00ab forte et majestueuse \u00bb, port\u00e9e par \u00ab le haut niveau de conscience de son peuple \u00bb et d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab consolider sa place dans le concert des nations \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
