C&rsquo;est le bilan le relev\u00e9 de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Protection civile, qui a mobilis\u00e9 ses unit\u00e9s sans rel\u00e2che sur une p\u00e9riode de quarante-huit heures ayant n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 5 986 interventions au total, soit une toutes les 29 secondes. Le bilan le plus lourd a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 T\u00e9bessa, o\u00f9 deux accidents distincts ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 trois personnes et fait deux bless\u00e9s. Toutes les victimes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en charge sur place avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9es vers les structures sanitaires locales. Au-del\u00e0 des accidents de la route, les secouristes ont d\u00fb intervenir aupr\u00e8s de vingt personnes intoxiqu\u00e9es au monoxyde de carbone, \u00e9manant d&rsquo;appareils de chauffage et de chauffe-eaux d\u00e9fectueux dans plusieurs wilayas. Toutes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 stabilis\u00e9es puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9es dans un \u00e9tat satisfaisant vers les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux incendies urbains ont par ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 ma\u00eetris\u00e9s \u00e0 M\u00e9d\u00e9a et \u00e0 Mila. \u00c0 Aziz, dans la commune du m\u00eame nom, un feu d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans un logement au lieu-dit Chaib Yakoub a provoqu\u00e9 un \u00e9tat de choc chez une personne, trait\u00e9e sur place avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9e vers la polyclinique locale. Les flammes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contenues avant toute propagation aux habitations voisines. Enfin, les plongeurs de la Protection civile de Tizi Ouzou ont rep\u00each\u00e9 le corps d&rsquo;un homme de 35 ans au lieu-dit \u00ab Le Rocher 40 \u00bb, sur le littoral de la commune de Mazrana, dans la da\u00efra de Tigzirt. La d\u00e9pouille a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vacu\u00e9e vers la morgue de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital de Tigzirt.
