Cette journ\u00e9e de formation, organis\u00e9e au niveau de l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9 nationale de pr\u00e9paration et d&rsquo;intervention de Dar El Be\u00efda, s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sous la supervision du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Protection civile, le colonel Boualem Bourelaf, du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Office national du p\u00e8lerinage et de la Omra (ONPO), M.
