La compagnie nationale franchit un pas d\u00e9cisif en s&rsquo;appuyant sur la digitalisation pour traiter les r\u00e9clamations de ses passagers avec davantage de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et de transparence. Au c\u0153ur de cette d\u00e9marche : un partenariat in\u00e9dit avec l&rsquo;Association pour la protection et l&rsquo;orientation du consommateur et de son environnement (APOCE), concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une rencontre tenue lundi 4 mai au si\u00e8ge de la compagnie \u00e0 Alger. Cette r\u00e9union, qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab franche et constructive \u00bb par le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;APOCE Mustapha Zebdi, a r\u00e9uni le PDG d&rsquo;Air Alg\u00e9rie Hamza Benhamouda et les repr\u00e9sentants de l&rsquo;association, dont le coordinateur national Fadi Tamim. Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur les pr\u00e9occupations concr\u00e8tes des voyageurs et sur les moyens d&rsquo;y apporter des r\u00e9ponses rapides et mesurables. L&rsquo;accord conclu \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de cette rencontre pr\u00e9voit l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 Air Alg\u00e9rie au sein de l&rsquo;application \u00ab Achki \u00bb \u2014 terme arabe signifiant \u00ab je me plains \u00bb \u2014 plateforme num\u00e9rique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l&rsquo;APOCE pour centraliser les dol\u00e9ances des consommateurs alg\u00e9riens. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette interface sp\u00e9cifique, les passagers pourront d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9poser leurs r\u00e9clamations directement aupr\u00e8s de la compagnie, qui s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 les traiter en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce tournant num\u00e9rique s&rsquo;inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large de redressement d&rsquo;image. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, Air Alg\u00e9rie fait face \u00e0 des critiques r\u00e9currentes portant sur les retards de vols, la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;accueil \u00e0 bord et la gestion des bagages. En int\u00e9grant la plateforme Achki, la compagnie entend rompre avec une image st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9e h\u00e9rit\u00e9e du pass\u00e9 et renouer avec la confiance de ses clients. Pour Fadi Tamim, la r\u00e9union du 4 mai a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par \u00ab un esprit de responsabilit\u00e9 et une pleine disponibilit\u00e9 des deux parties \u00bb, t\u00e9moignant d&rsquo;une volont\u00e9 sinc\u00e8re de faire converger l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du consommateur et le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;entreprise. Il a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 l&rsquo;impulsion donn\u00e9e par une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de dirigeants \u00e0 la t\u00eate de plusieurs entreprises publiques alg\u00e9riennes, soulignant que ce renouvellement se traduit d\u00e9j\u00e0 par des am\u00e9liorations tangibles en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 de service et de performance globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche partenariale intervient dans un contexte o\u00f9 Air Alg\u00e9rie poursuit simultan\u00e9ment une expansion ambitieuse de son r\u00e9seau et de sa flotte. En ce mois de mai, la compagnie propose une vague de tarifs promotionnels au d\u00e9part d&rsquo;Alger et de plusieurs a\u00e9roports r\u00e9gionaux vers des destinations europ\u00e9ennes et asiatiques, avec des billets aller-retour en classe \u00e9conomique accessibles d\u00e8s 24 700 dinars vers Toulouse depuis Oran, ou encore 28 971 dinars vers Rome. Des offres saisonni\u00e8res prolong\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;au 31 mai, dans le cadre du programme estival Otla, compl\u00e8tent ce dispositif commercial destin\u00e9 \u00e0 capter une client\u00e8le soucieuse de son budget.
