Les pays Opep et non-Opep (Opep+)  tiendront, demain, une r\u00e9union de travail via visioconf\u00e9rence. Cette r\u00e9union sera consacr\u00e9e, selon nos sources, \u00e0 l\u2019examen de la situation du march\u00e9 p\u00e9trolier marqu\u00e9s par une haussedes cours avec un baril de Brent qui atteint la barre de 80 dollars. Cette hausse est li\u00e9e essentiellement, selon la m\u00eame source, \u00e0 la reprise de la croissance \u00e9conomique mondiale et la baisse du niveau des stocks de p\u00e9trole au USA ainsi que la hausse de la demande p\u00e9troli\u00e8re mondiale annonc\u00e9e par l\u2019Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (AIE). Cette courbe ascendante des prix du p\u00e9trole devrait se maintenir, selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, \u00e0 cause du d\u00e9clin de la pand\u00e9mie du Covid-19 et la perspective positives de la croissance \u00e9conomique. Ceci dit, la r\u00e9union de l\u2019Opep+ devrait, selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, reconduire la hausse de la production de 400 000 barils\/jour d\u00e9cid\u00e9e lors de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de ce cartel. Une hausse qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e lors de la r\u00e9union  du 1er<\/sup>septembre dernier. L\u2019alliance a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 notamment de la poursuite de l’ajustement \u00e0 la hausse, pour octobre 2021, de leur production globale mensuelle de 400.000 barils\/jour, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par leur 19e r\u00e9union minist\u00e9rielle depuis le mois d’ao\u00fbt dernier. Sachant que le niveau de production de l’Alg\u00e9rie a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9\u00e0 932.000 barils\/jour en ao\u00fbt et \u00e0 942.000 barils\/jour respectivement en septembre dernier et octobre en cours, selon le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et des Mines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ceci dit, la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des conditions sanitaires, \u00e9conomiques et logistiques pour l’approvisionnement du p\u00e9trole et les craintes quant aux r\u00e9percussions des nouvelles souches de la COVID-19 constituent des facteurs suscitant de nouvelles inqui\u00e9tudes d’un \u00e9ventuel recul de la demande mondiale sur le p\u00e9trole, pr\u00e9cisent les sp\u00e9cialistes. Ces derniers ont soutenu que \u00ab\u00a0le chevauchement de ses facteurs a fait de l’approvisionnement en p\u00e9trole am\u00e9ricain un facteur compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser et \u00e0 pronostiquer, voire d\u00e9routant pour les marches p\u00e9troliers \u00bb. Ces sp\u00e9cialistes r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu’\u00e0 ce rythme, les 5,4 millions de barils que le cartel laiss\u00e9 encore chaque jour sous terre devraient \u00eatre revenus sur le march\u00e9 d’ici \u00e0 l’automne 2022, tout en affirmant dans la foul\u00e9e qu’ \u00ab\u00a0il serait surprenant\u00a0\u00bb que l’Opep+ fasse \u00e9voluer sa politique pour le moment \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tant donn\u00e9 les niveaux de prix actuels et les perspectives incertaines de la demande\u00a0\u00bb. Il y a lieu de rappeler que lors du dernier sommet, le groupe Opep+ a fix\u00e9 rendez-vous pour le mois de d\u00e9cembre 2021 pour \u00e9valuer la situation du march\u00e9 p\u00e9trolier et l’attitude des pays membres du cartel dans le suivi et le respect de leurs quotas de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
