Il s&rsquo;inscrit dans la lutte contre les formes graves de criminalit\u00e9 et vise l&rsquo;incendie volontaire de for\u00eats et de champs ainsi que l&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement d&rsquo;enfants, avec une peine aggrav\u00e9e en cas de torture, d&rsquo;agression sexuelle ou de s\u00e9vices.
