Dans une note destin\u00e9e aux professionnels de sant\u00e9 comme au grand public, l&rsquo;organisme plac\u00e9 sous la tutelle du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Industrie pharmaceutique explique avoir re\u00e7u \u00ab un cas de pharmacovigilance \u00bb li\u00e9 \u00e0 un produit pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme du \u00ab DYSPORT (toxine botulinique type A) poudre pour solution injectable \u00e0 500 U \u00bb. Selon le conditionnement secondaire, il porte le num\u00e9ro de lot S05061 (DDP : 02\/2028) et le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie DYN7PCXH84UNBF, et serait fabriqu\u00e9 par IPSEN Biopharm Ltd, au Royaume-Uni. Or, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les informations recueillies par l&rsquo;agence, ce lot \u00ab n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 par le site de production IPSEN \u00bb et n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 une lib\u00e9ration de lot par les services comp\u00e9tents de l&rsquo;ANPP. L&rsquo;agence rel\u00e8ve par ailleurs que le produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9 \u00ab hors de ses indications th\u00e9rapeutiques \u00bb et que le QR code appos\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emballage pr\u00e9sente \u00ab des anomalies \u00bb.
